Progress bar glitch when zip archive is moved to final location

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create zip archive on a different location than your local disk, like a SMB share

the UI should not glitch

Not entirely sure what you mean by "glitch". The view gets redrawn when an archive is added or the temporary file removed but that is expected but that only happens when creating in the same folder as the view and/or "Show Hidden" is on.

@jeremypw please see how the progress bar moves in the video. it get's to 100% for a moment multiple times and back, so the UI flickers. it should communicate the progress of the task to the user, but the communicated information does not make sense, resulting in bad UX and broken looking software, the opposite of what elementary OS is supposed to be

Ah, OK - I was looking in the wrong place. The progress dialog is generated by FIleRoller not Files so I think this issue should be moved to that project.
