One-sentence hardening of the dual-license: states *.py/*.sh = MIT, *.md/wordlists/catalogs = CC BY 4.0, so mixed files (SKILL.md prose + embedded snippets) can't be argued into the more permissive side.

Close the ambiguity for mixed files (SKILL.md prose with embedded code):
*.py/*.sh -> MIT, *.md/wordlists/catalogs -> CC BY 4.0.
