Before: opening the studio by double-click needed Node.js and Electron (start-studio.*), or typing maiman serve and opening the URL by hand.

After: python tools/make_shortcut.py once puts a Maiman App shortcut with the Maiman icon in the repository root. Double-clicking it starts the server with that Python, opens the studio in the browser, and shows a small window whose Quit button (or closing it) stops Maiman.

How: tools/maiman_app.py calls maiman.server.serve on a free loopback port and keeps it alive behind a Tk window (falls back to Ctrl+C without Tk). tools/make_shortcut.py writes a .lnk (Windows, via PowerShell, uses pythonw), a .app bundle (macOS) or a .desktop file (Linux); shortcuts hold absolute paths, so they are generated per machine and gitignored. Adds assets/icon.ico and assets/icon.icns made from icon-512.png. Tested the Linux shortcut, the macOS bundle layout and the launcher serving / here; Windows .lnk creation is untested.

tools/make_shortcut.py creates a 'Maiman App' shortcut with the Maiman icon
in the repository root (.lnk on Windows, .app on macOS, .desktop on Linux).
It runs tools/maiman_app.py, which starts the server, opens the browser and
shows a small window that stops Maiman when closed.
