Risk banding

This module will calculate the probability to risk band.

Thresholds are business policy, not model properties: they live in config and change without retraining, which is why they are not stored in the artifact.

Files

• Create src/creditboost/banding.py
• Test tests/test_banding.py

Instructions

• Write banding tests in tests/test_banding.py and verify they fail with ModuleNotFound: No module named 'creditboost.banding'
• Write banding module into src/creditboost/banding.py
• Rerun tests to confirm all now pass
