Share feature transform

The linchpin of the whole design. Every other component depends on it being right, and the parity test at the end is what makes train/serve skew impossible rather than merely unlikely.

Files

• Create src/creditboost/features.py
• Test tests/test_features.py

Instructions

• Write tests/test_features.py and verify it fails with ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'creditboost.features'
• Write the transform in src/creditboost/features.py
• Rerun the test suite to verify they all now pass
