ci: name compiler binaries in *-compiler-binary; drop forwarded-deps-outputs

• HPC leg: cc/cxx become c-compiler-binary/cxx-compiler-binary.
• forwarded-deps-outputs goes: it only fed a build action, and build-hpc runs a job-script.

Rendered scripts are unchanged for every existing leg, and so are the generated cross-repo-trigger*.yml; the regenerate bot brings trigger-downstream*.yml up to date. Needed before ecmwf/ci-infrastructure#103, which removes these fields; it works on ci-infrastructure main today.
