bug: mod tidy fails on Windows with unsafe relative file name #248

On Windows, easyp mod tidy fails with unsafe relative file name when fetching an uncached module. These checks reject any name containing \, but on Windows filepath.Join/filepath.Rel produce \, so nested paths like proto\protobuf.mod are rejected.
