* Ignore SSL context providers on builds that cannot use them (old ASIO/OpenSSL, LibreSSL), instead of leaving the client with no CA and no verification. * Warn if `skip_verification_` or `verify_sn_` is set together with a custom client SSL context, as they are ignored. * Document which options are ignored with custom SSL contexts. * Add a test checking the verify callback of a custom client SSL context is not overridden.
