Single-spin updates are slow to mix for unfrustrated or nearly unfrustrated models.
Some mixing time-scales can be significantly accelerated by the use of spin flip proposals, or cluster updates
This pull request implements both options as non-default options for the simulated annealing sampler.
This code includes tests, and has also been tested functionally in projects of interest.
