Adds coworkingview, which queries the public CoworkingView flexible-office price index from a bundled snapshot.
coworkingview_prices(city)returns the median, average, minimum, maximum and quartiles per desk per month, plus an entry price.coworkingview_cities(),coworkingview_snapshot()andcoworkingview_endpoints()list cities, the licence and attribution, and the public URLs.
