updates the footer join links to use Solidarity Tech style referral links
updates some documentation in the readme/hacking.md around adding posts, added a custom plugin to make doing wikipedia style links in blog posts suck less, improved the internal /qr route, tweaked some language in the new post issue template
note: several blog posts have specific Action Network campaign links that have no equivalent
