Describe.ktfilters peaq out of the gRPC DescribeResponse (Common.ChainRef.forNumber(1178) == null), so dshackle-public-multiregion never advertises peaq to dproxy despite a healthy upstream. Together with the earlier public chains bump (#906) this completes peaq support.After merge: rebuild/redeploy via the
Dshackle Provider: public-multiregionworkflow (ref master).
