PyPI already has drasi-lib 0.2.0, and it rejects a rebuilt wheel with the same filename. The crate bump is a minor release: durable reactions now require a persistent index, and callback failures follow the recovery policy. Co-authored-by: Copilot App <223556219+Copilot@users.noreply.github.com>

Publishing the 0.9.3 bindings failed because PyPI already has
drasi-lib0.2.0. Those files are immutable, and the rebuilt wheels have different bytes, so the upload was rejected with400 File already existsfordrasi_lib-0.2.0-cp310-abi3-macosx_10_13_x86_64.whl.This cuts 0.3.0. It is a minor bump, not a patch: a durable reaction now requires a persistent index store, and a failing callback follows its recovery policy instead of logging and continuing.
After this is on
main, release with a signed tag rather than dispatching the workflow frommain:git tag -s v0.3.0 -m "v0.3.0" git push origin v0.3.0A dispatch from
mainwould publish, then fail to create the GitHub release, because that job uses the ref name (main) as the version.
