Support for Angular@22; remove unintended template from mention-list

This PR:

• Adds support for Angular@22 by removing the factory-based component creation -> it is removed from Angular@22. Please note that this approach only works on Angular@13+, but the library's package.json lists compatibility from Angular@7, so if that claim is true, it's technically a breaking change
• Removes a seemingly unintended "s" character from the mention list component (introduced here)
