tmp contains built assets for asset processor and pretty text processor at time of writing, pretty text processor is new in latest and an attempt to copy on ESR will fail. Copy the entire tmp over, and omit tmp/cache. This is a more generic method to copy the needed files over without depending on a particular version of Discourse
