Test-only adoption companion for agentrust-io#620 at abcb526, addressing Lywinged's remaining guard-isolation request. This is not a competing upstream PR.
Add a 512-byte PE fixture with headers through EOF and no sections. Its no-certificate twin hashes successfully; putting a terminal 256-byte certificate table at offset 256 is refused specifically because it overlaps the headers. Removing only cert_offset < headers_size makes this new test fail with DID NOT RAISE, rather than being masked by a section or terminal-table check.
Validation on tree 6db2a4ad4e0802949e5f906dc63c24ac0fa53531: the focused hardening module passes 23 cases normally and under -O; changed-file Ruff, dash and whitespace checks pass. Runtime source is unchanged. This is a synthetic parser regression, not a new Authenticode signature-validation or hardware claim; the full TRACE/OS matrix was not rerun for this test-only companion.
Please cherry-pick the single signed commit into the existing agentrust-io#620 branch and rerun its exact-head checks. DCO-signed, prepared with OpenAI Codex; author adoption and independent review remain required.
