Concern addressed: Make the element picker's own controls clearer, and label the buttons that open it as expert options.

What changed and why:

  • The full-width "Close picker" button sat next to "Move to bottom", where it looked like one of the selection controls. The picker now has an ✕ in its top-right corner, next to the hint text, which is where people expect a close control. "Close picker" is kept as its content description for TalkBack. The move button now has its own row.
  • "Move to top/bottom" didn't say what would move. It now reads "Move picker to top/bottom of screen".
  • "Hide something new" and "Change opening screen" now end in "(expert)", matching the existing "Edit as text (expert)". This changes the buttons on both the app detail screen and the custom rules screen. Using the picker needs some idea of how app screens are built, and a careless selection can hide or tap the wrong thing.
  • The picker notification also uses change_opening_screen as its title and keeps the plain wording, so the buttons use a new change_opening_screen_expert string.

Evidence: CI unit tests pass. Not verified on a device: the cloud container had no Android SDK. The overlay change needs checking with the picker at the top and bottom of the screen, in light and dark mode.

Not in this PR: Nothing.

"Close picker" sat as a full-width button beside "Move to bottom", which
read as one of the selection controls. An X at the top right of the sheet,
next to the hint, is where people look to leave. The string stays as its
content description for TalkBack.

"Hide something new" and "Change opening screen" open the element picker,
which needs some understanding of how apps are put together and can save
a rule that taps or hides the wrong thing. Mark both as expert, matching
the existing "Edit as text (expert)". The notification title keeps the
plain "Change opening screen", so the buttons get their own string.

"Move to top" did not say what would move. Now that the button has its own full-width row, the label can name the picker and the screen edge.
