Change

Fixes #1182.

OMP can be waiting for an answer while chat shows no question card. This fixes recognition of the current keyboard symbols and keeps wrapped descriptions attached to their choices. It also corrects navigation when answering multiple questions. Older OMP dialogs and other agents retain their existing test coverage.

The original prompt tests are preserved. Screenshots and replay instructions are kept on our fork’s orphan evidence branch, outside the upstream diff.

Validation

• bun run check fast: passed, including typecheck, build and 3,832 unit tests; 8 skipped.
• bun test server/prompt.test.ts: 285 passed, 0 failed. All seven new OMP regression cases fail against the unchanged baseline parser (6e575a8).
• bun test server/conventions.test.ts: 10 passed, 0 failed. Independent review has no remaining findings.
• agent-browser with the production-built frontend: desktop and 390px phone replay show no card before the fix and a card with two choices and descriptions afterward. A custom answer passed through the real answer endpoint.

The replay uses fictional content and a fake Herdr RPC socket. It does not start native OMP or verify its editor activation timing.

Broader checks are not fully passing. Integration reported 505 passes, 16 failures and one skip; a focused rerun passed 280 of 283, with the three remaining Grok, Agy and Hermes process-detection failures also reproduced on unchanged base. Not every original failure was established as a baseline failure. The full browser run failed at Safari IME; the baseline run stopped earlier at command-arrow/readline. Standalone Safari IME passed on both. Native Windows installation was not checked locally. Upstream CI still requires maintainer approval.

Fixed in a3fe91b: wrapped the entry with a two-space continuation. Both documentation fixes are published; runtime code is unchanged.

The new native compatibility check caught gaps that the screen replay missed: question tabs can enter the card title, the native multi-select footer uses another space-key symbol, and multiple questions end at a separate review screen. I’m finishing those in this PR and checking the full answer round trip before marking it ready again.

Screenshots, replay helpers and local notes now live on the fork-only orphan evidence branch. The upstream diff contains only the parser, regression tests and changelog; the conventions test is unchanged.
