Semantics noise: After inspect_layout, get_semantics included a full-screen [text] node with label inspect layout — unclear if that was transient overlay, inspector instrumentation, or coincidence; worth verifying whether layout inspection leaves a semantics artifact.
We should confirm that we're not creating semantics noise with out layout visualization overlay.
