Bumps all client library versions to sync with latest server releases:
This keeps the client libraries in sync with the server binaries (db 0.4.2, ai 0.5.1). Rust and Node lockfiles are updated to match their package versions. As in #429, both Python version files are bumped; the publishing workflow derives the package version from VERSION's CLIENT value.
Validation: version and lockfile consistency checks passed;
git diff --checkpassed. No runtime code changed.
