Correct #8's compatibility boundary: the published Registry 4.1 authored schema is byte-pinned by existing clients. Restore its exact bytes and retain all seven verified licenses in compatible canonical sidecars instead of unsupported Docker-manifest fields. Keep all eight Stars removals and enforce metrics rejection through shared publication validation. Add regression coverage for metrics and the released schema identity. No runtime trust or acquisition checks are weakened.
