配套 desirecore/desirecore#3117 和 desirecore/agent-desirecore#12。最低客户端修正为 10.0.170，安装 Skill >=1.5.0；Control 发行包仍为 1.4.0，固定来源与 SHA-256 不变。安装、升级和卸载指南不预写中间态，核验后按 material/expectedRevision/requestId 记账；结果不明保留历史记录，记账失败不重跑软件操作。
验证：npm test（33 通过，3 平台跳过），23 条目录校验通过；中英文元数据同步，无凭据或客户信息。

Align Control installation with the Skill-first observation protocol, requiring client >=10.0.170 and app-install-manager >=1.5.0. Keep the pinned Control 1.4.0 artifact unchanged. No prewritten lifecycle states, implicit internal MCP registration, or replay after recording failures. Registry validation and 33 tests passed; three platform-specific tests skipped.
