补齐 TaskBoard 7 项与 S3 3 项读取接口的中英文公开指南、OpenAPI及可运行接入示例。

• 公开子集由40增至50操作（Agent Service 42 / Compat 3 / Workflow 5），13组双语页面；Agent Service描述修订1.3.0。
• TaskBoard明确ACL/可信actor、opaque query cursor、handoff证据、固定throughRevision与每页当前owner摘要、session默认板解析。
• S3明确能力/连接授权、令牌续页、public/presigned链接及binary任意内容、不同错误外壳。
• 新增taskboards.mjs/s3.mjs和下载镜像、Node测试、隔离源码读取fixture；同步导航、下载、错误说明与维护校验。

来源固定已合入dev的ba6a550ae，内部gitlink9fbe5f46；与独立Worker源码修复 PR https://github.com/desirecore/desirecore/pull/5224 无发布依赖，Worker两项未加入公开范围。本PR不合并或生产部署，不改Algolia每日配置。

验证：TaskBoard源码60、S3真实路由9、Node示例75项通过；typecheck、api:check、双语build/build检查通过；142组件及59规范示例AJV通过，Redocly0错误87告警（未忽略）。评论dependencies转等价条件约束并穷举256组合一致。最终本地HTTP26页面/18下载全通过且字节一致；4新增浏览器页面、语言切换及390窄屏检查通过。

未调用真实S3/模型/邮箱或用户数据；Provider/能力事实为明确替身。生产部署、安装包和站内搜索不在本次提交前验收范围。详情见api/taskboard-s3-verification-2026-10-25.md。

Publish seven TaskBoard reads and three S3 reads with bilingual guides, self-contained OpenAPI and runnable examples.

• Expand the selected subset from 40 to 50 operations (Agent Service 42 / Compat 3 / Workflow 5), across 13 bilingual page groups; Agent Service description version 1.3.0.
• Specify trusted actor/ACL boundaries, opaque query cursors, handoff evidence, fixed event-prefix activity and current owner projections.
• Specify storage capability/connection prerequisites, opaque provider tokens, public/presigned links, arbitrary binary content and distinct error envelopes.
• Add standalone taskboards.mjs/s3.mjs, byte-identical downloads, tests and isolated private-source fixtures; update navigation and maintenance checks.

Pinned source is already-merged dev ba6a550ae with docs gitlink9fbe5f46. The separate Worker source fix (https://github.com/desirecore/desirecore/pull/5224) is not a publication dependency; no Worker operations are added here. No merge, production deployment or crawler change is requested by this PR.

Validation passed: 60 TaskBoard source checks, 9 real-handler S3 checks, 75 Node checks; typecheck, API checks, bilingual build and built-output checks. AJV compiled 142 schemas/validated 59 JSON examples; Redocly reported 0 errors / 87 retained warnings. Equivalent comment dependency conversion matched 256 presence combinations. Local HTTP acceptance passed 26 pages / 18 byte-identical downloads, plus new-page browser/language/mobile checks.

Synthetic capability/provider boundaries are explicit. No real S3/model/mail/user-data, packaged release, production or search acceptance is claimed.
