内容

• 中英文补齐GET input-config、network/health、sessions/messages/all、runs/recent-calls、runs/usage/summary五项。
• 新增实例诊断与用量页面，补齐输入模式、可信用户范围、revision分页/409重读、Mention-only来源，以及统计窗口/缓存/UTC日桶精度。
• Agent Service OpenAPI1.2.0新增5操作（32项），与Compat3/Workflow5合计40项；11组双语页面，清单/源SHA/错误/导航同步。
• history all按同一revision缓冲分页并有限重读；新增无npm依赖observe.mjs。四份示例脚本维护文件与静态下载逐字一致。
• 新增可复跑实际源码fixture及独立验证记录。Worker两接口专项未达公开门槛，保持独立不加入清单。

验证

• 本批源码相关定向检查119项通过（recent-call修复96、input-config13、真实路由夹具10）；私有源依赖为固定候选，不宣称公网或商业Provider验收。
• Node示例54项、api:check、typecheck、中英文build与api:check --build通过。
• AJV75个组件Schema、57个JSON规范示例通过；Redocly三规范0错误，保留既有条件Schema/license告警。
• 67组固定SHA文件和18个schema引用定位通过。
• 浏览器6个中英文页面/锚点，1280桌面与390窄屏（两页）通过；14份实际HTTP规范/示例下载200且字节一致。

本PR通过CI与预览验收后合入main，由Git触发自动部署，随后独立完成线上/索引验收。详情见api/observation-verification-2026-10-25.md。

Implementation desirecore/desirecore#5194 is merged as d00e3cb843c680d38dad52b47ec941cdd360395d. The document pins reviewed sourcea0186f6feeaf66eb88787e8b80b8fea5559b8761; the ten fixed implementation files are byte-identical to the merge commit. Add five bilingual read/observation APIs, a diagnostics-and-usage page, revision-aware merged-history reading, the standalone observation example and OpenAPI1.2.0. Scope is 40 HTTP operations across three services and 11 bilingual page groups.

Validation: 119 targeted source checks, 54 client tests, catalog/typecheck/bilingual builds, 75 component schemas and 57 JSON examples, six browser page/anchor checks, responsive table checks and 14 byte-identical HTTP downloads. No production, packaged-client, real-provider or search-index claim. Worker APIs remain deferred after the separate validation exposed projection and cursor-contract gaps.
