Summary
A streamed Ship reply could disappear when outstanding onboarding responsibilities blocked its combined send-and-yield action. Commit the message independently, keep the run active when yielding is blocked, and tell the model the reply was sent so it can finish or defer the work without resending it.
Make browser access one shared GSV capability across standing instructions, the browser skill, onboarding and public docs. Website tasks use a suitable existing browser or discover and provision a cloud browser. Personal-browser pairing is optional; a missing connected browser or unavailable search service no longer instructs Ship to give up on a lookup.
