Make People useful from the first connection

Summary

A new user could open People without understanding its purpose, then face profile setup or an opaque invitation code before doing anything useful. People now introduces concrete examples, leads with a shareable invitation, opens accepted conversations directly, and carries the chosen task into an editable Ship draft.

• Managed invitation links reuse the existing Accounts space chooser and the recipient's normal login. Every invitation entry point also accepts a space address, including spaces served by other operators or owned by someone else. Existing codes still work.
• Unread contact conversations and message requests appear in Zen and the shared navigation, including after reload or reconnect. The existing Kernel inbox supplies a bounded attentionOnly selection, refreshed through existing signals.
• Profile requests prefill an editable display name. Acceptance opens the conversation for both people and retains the first message. Ask Ship opens the ordinary Ship composer.
• Includes the live contact-notice work from notice contact messages in the ship chat #410, integrated with persisted unread activity.

Deployment updates Gateway and Accounts' signup assets together. There are no schema migrations.

Validation

• Fresh local spaces: invitation link → recipient space → reload during login → explicit acceptance → both conversations open.
• Accounts invitation chooser: direct address works without an owner account, using the same form as Desktop and the public invitation page.
• Browser flow: selected example → editable Ship draft; contact message → unread indicator → reload → open conversation → clear unread.
• Fresh public-profile request: prefilled name → first message → persisted request notice → acceptance → both conversations open with the first message retained.
• Confirmed connection and task selection leave automatic Ship replies off.
• Type checks for SDK, Gateway and web; 66 focused Gateway tests, 41 focused web tests, 2 invitation codec tests; protocol generation/check, affected-file lint, web and signup builds, and documentation checks.
• Visually inspected dark, light and narrow layouts.

The end-to-end test verifies the Ship draft handoff. It does not send the task to an inference provider.
