Hotkey should toggle the chatbox

Currently the hotkey function only removes the chat box, but cannot be used to show chat afterward.

Yea this would be super useful for me. This repo doesn't even have the code for the plugin so I'm not sure it's maintained.

I'm assuming this would be really easy so I'm open to doing it if the author would post the correct code.

This is the right repo, it has the code, you just have to swap branches. It would certainly be nice if this feature was added.

I have a branch that contains a separate hotkey for toggle functionality. Waiting on PR #93 to merge, as it is built on top of that. Not sure if the toggle hotkey should outright replace the hide hotkey. I personally would only use toggle, but I have left the existing hide hotkey just in case some prefer that functionality.

You could maybe create a dropdown setting to choose if Hotkey Functionality is Toggle or Hide Only
