Compile the pending changelog entry into the 0.2.1 section, per RELEASING.rst. The distro version was already bumped to 0.2.1 in #37;
uv lockis unchanged.Release contents: the Python 2.7 sitecustomize.py parse fix (#36, #37).
After this merges and CI on main is green, the
v0.2.1tag triggers the release pipeline.
