Game Info panel doesn't remember if it's closed or opened when changing tabs

Bug Description

If I close a game's information panel, it stays closed when clicking other games. However, if I click a different tab like HLTB or Statistics and then go back to the library, the game info panel is opened again.

To Reproduce

Minimize a game's info panel, click to a different Playnite section/tab, click back to the library.
