REQUEST: Maintainer role for @CasperGN in dapr/python-sdk

I would like to propose @CasperGN as a Maintainer of the dapr/python-sdk repository.

@CasperGN has been a dapr/python-sdk approver since February 2026 (#700) and active in the repo since October 2025. Casper is also a maintainer of dapr/dapr-agents and an approver on dapr/docs. dapr-agents is built on dapr, dapr-ext-workflow and dapr-ext-fastapi, so Casper works against the SDK surface every day and brings that consumer view into reviews.
