Adds a free, openly licensed (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0) book on prompt engineering for enterprise software teams: specification-first prompting, 100+ working examples in C#, Java, Python, and TypeScript, MIT-licensed companion code, DOI-archived (10.5281/zenodo.21584309). No signup, no commercial angle.

English readings file only; entry inserted in name order (after "DALL-E, Make Me Another Picasso, Please").

Hi Team,
Thank you for maintaining the guide.
A gentle check-in on this PR: the only failing check is the Vercel preview, which needs a team member's authorization for pull requests from forks. The change itself merges cleanly.
Since I opened it, the study behind the book was published with all data public (doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.22598204).
Thank you for your time.
