allow variants with custom caddy builds containing additional plugins - #1

Use the "Caddy Download Service" to download caddy builds with additional
plugins.
As a first step, add a latest-rfc2136 variant with the `caddy-dns/rfc2136`
plugin.
Plugins can be configured in `.daemonless/config.yaml` like this:
```yaml
- tag: latest-rfc2136
containerfile: Containerfile.extras
tag_desc: "Example with caddy-dns/rfc2136 plugin."
args:
EXTRA_PLUGINS:
- github.com/caddy-dns/rfc2136
```
The build still uses github to detect availability of new versions and then
assumes that the download service will produce builds for the latest version.
