Why now
The Cursor agent on d6g8k5htny-coder/sandbox#9 made 28 commits after the stop was recorded, which showed that not every repo carried the notice. That PR has now been closed. #19 is a Cursor draft that has had no commits since before the stop; this PR leaves it open.
Tests
test_research_query,test_catalog_entry_helper,test_verify_portable_stubs): 38/38 pass.tests/: 19/20 pass. The one failure,test_install_contract(the wheel build), fails the same way onmainwithout this change. It is an environment problem in the session container and is not caused by this PR.Merge when ready. This PR does not stop running Cursor agents by itself; they also have to be stopped in Cursor.
