The first private check contained an overstrict URL-order predicate and stopped before any Git write; it was corrected to a forward-only subsequence before this final fully passing run. No repository tests, hosted CI, launch environment audit or new independent review are claimed. Existing meta workflows are path-filtered and do not establish an AGENTS-change PASS merely by returning zero checks.

The isolated author branch was created from the exact current base. Native branch/file/compare readback confirmed one commit ahead, zero behind, one changed path +2/-2, exact candidate blob. No other branch or source was overwritten.
