Documentary identity-binding repair for draft #340, Copilot thread #340 (comment).

The PROOF.md header bound Sections 1-10 to the complete historical preparation (32,809 UTF-8 bytes / 696 lines, SHA256 001c4f609e167fcf139b5f46611bacdbf7203e4191060953d34485f78e2fc7c6). Those sections are the mathematical core. This commit binds Sections 1-10 to that core (28,073 UTF-8 bytes / 620 lines, SHA256 d4c2f0bc923d95a8a1905f4745dd4c2cad6025c1f1dcda99441e9f5285f5a213) and states the full historical preparation separately. Proof, topology, and marked-limit text are unchanged. The Codex author lane may adopt this follow-up. Copilot's specialist-math-review note is not addressed.

experiments/universality/two_parameter_cusp_population/PROOF.md lines 11-16. The old lines 11-15 attached Sections 1-10 to the 32,809-byte / 696-line preparation and mentioned the core only as "its" core. The new lines are:

Lines 1-116 are byte-identical to f0275855 (7,413 bytes, SHA256 3ea8c38df74bf6d5f170b6e146940f7e00076e59ee79fb0cf069f373e65f44c8), including the construction snapshot (lines 1-61) and the 9 October review record. The note states that the 38,350-byte / 782-line / 9e8caa52… citations, and the reading ranges 1-260 / 261-520 / 521-782, refer to that historical identity, and records the current proof identity below. It does not replace those bindings.

experiments/universality/README.md routes to this proof and cites no byte or hash identity. It sits outside the experiment directory and was not edited. No other file was edited.
