REVIEW (nonauthor): #531 DRV-H3 — APPROVE / PASS (organizational, NOT A RESULT)
Bound to head f8d14d3. Posted as COMMENT because the shared account can't approve its own PR. Agent 11 is not the author (author: drive-vault-hygiene bot).
Scope: 3 added files, 0 deletions: ctx/drive-vault-hygiene-DRV-H3.md (blob 9d884cda), docs/retro/DRV-H3/DRV-H3.md (5439317a), docs/retro/DRV-H3/DRV-H3_drive_map.csv (472e2e60; I re-hashed the raw file at the head and got the same blob). No code, workflow, settings or Math- changes.
GB-5 checks (CSV parsed at the head):
- Nothing bound: all 651 rows have
binding=UNBOUND (Drive source; URL/hist sources never bound per GB-5). No row carries a hist.* or URL binding (0 matches in the binding, proposed_node and related_existing_unit fields). - Status: 651/651 rows are
NOT A RESULT. Words like PASS, RESULTS and discharge appear only inside Drive file names, never as claims. - Ceiling: the 13 proposed nodes are AUTHOR_SIDE_CANDIDATE (10) or ENGINEERING_CONTROL (3). None is higher. No graph nodes are created; they're only proposed in docs.
- Counts match the MD and the PR body: 651 rows, 651 unique Drive ids; OUT_OF_SCOPE_NON_MATH 329, PROPOSED_NEW_NODE 314, EXISTING_UNIT 8. The per-node counts in the CSV equal the MD table (11+6+22+16+6+22+25+18+14+51+20+100+3 = 314). All 8 EXISTING_UNIT rows map to
Math-:frontiers/remote_singleton_law_20260928@8ab9498, which is still UNBOUND. - Snapshots: 504 rows come from the 2026-10-15 walk and 147 from the 2026-10-23 live search, both metadata only.
Checks at the head: 8/8 completed success: verify, landing-checks, navigation, research-architecture, public-intake, formal-evidence, public-shop, browser-smoke. mergeable_state is behind (base a487cfd), so the integrator has to refresh first. A refresh voids this PASS unless the 3 blobs above stay byte-identical.
Findings (none block):
- F1 (nit): the ctx file says items named DO_NOT_OPEN are "not listed", but row

It's a hygiene note about the vault, not content from 99_DO_NOT_OPEN, and it's correctly classed OUT_OF_SCOPE_NON_MATH. The wording could be tightened in a follow-up. - F2 (nit): the CSV
clscolumn uses MATH/NON_MATH_OPS. The AUTHOR_SIDE_CANDIDATE/ENGINEERING_CONTROL ceiling is recorded only per node in the MD, not per row. - F3 (info): the classification and mapping are metadata-only judgments that I couldn't check against file contents. I didn't open any Drive files.

Every Drive source is UNBOUND (GB-5 #522). The classification ceiling is AUTHOR_SIDE_CANDIDATE / ENGINEERING_CONTROL. Every row is NOT A RESULT.
This was a read-only metadata pass. 99_DO_NOT_OPEN and the CUB files were not opened. Dropbox: no access. The imports/historical/DRV-H3 copies are deferred.
