This validation copy runs hosted CI for the exact fixed cusp-population source and saved result in primary draft PR #343. Its parent is current main d52c6fdc1dc4e66fd26290a9a01fc9739edcc50b; head is 33e91e3106478af2a0694380d9922d0d3fd4f7c7; tree is ffad1c73b48dd9373e19c0c5fc89f17f66b80329. It copies eight exact publication paths and the unchanged consumed PROOF.md; four interval dependencies inherit main bodies verified against the frozen local inputs.

The single declared full campaign passed all eight fixed predictions: 569,360 direct evaluations, 30.020190 seconds of measured whole-command wall time, no timeout, and identical source hashes before and after. Each direct row records 17 gates; the separate same-provider, source-exposed result review replayed 15 from saved values and treated per-node widths and deadlines as recorded execution evidence supported by source review. It did not repeat the campaign. Organizational independence credit is zero.

Source controls passed 23 focused tests in both normal and optimized Python 3.12 modes and 71 existing universality controls in both modes. A qualified local repository run passed 519 tests with six explicit skips in each mode. The original system Python 3.9 run failed 26 tests and had 22 errors; original tracebacks and isolated environment probes are preserved. The actual numerical campaign used Python 3.9.6. The existing five-minute hosted workflow is unchanged except four lines invoking the focused controls in both modes; it does not repeat the 900-second campaign.

Separate source review and saved-result review passed. Result identities are:

This is an exact fixed non-Gaussian population certificate with rational guards. The analytic cutoff derivative premise remains REVIEW_REQUIRED. Complete field validation, independent global H0 correspondence, Gaussian universality, blind50, Hk, marked spatial limits and Lean formalization remain NOT_RUN or open. No scientific promotion or landmark completion follows.

Any hosted success belongs to this validation head and the actual Actions checkout, which will be recorded separately. It is not same-SHA green for PR #343 and does not establish compatibility of the whole stacked series for merge. This draft is an engineering validation copy, not a main integration instruction.

CI validation copy of primary draft PR #343: eight exact publication paths plus unchanged consumed PROOF.md. Four interval dependencies inherit the verified main bodies. The single full numerical campaign is already saved; hosted CI runs focused certificate controls and existing workflow controls, not a campaign rerun.

Same-provider source-exposed review; organizational independence zero. Analytic cutoff derivative premise remains REVIEW_REQUIRED; complete field, global correspondence, Gaussian universality, blind50, Hk, marked spatial processes, Lean and full landmark completion remain NOT_RUN or open.
