These are static source arguments, not reported runtime failures. Three narrow external methods now preserve complete otherwise-valid captures/run/log/axiom inventories while testing the substitutions; original35 controls remain byte-for-byte unchanged. Root will run the38-method suite against these unchanged implementation bytes, preserve actual RED, then fix and review exact successors. Initial35-mode GREEN does not resolve these gaps. Remaining strict parser/capture registry/gate pin, main origin/local copy, Math file/proposer handling, full inventory preservation, union impact and typed original/unknown-custody boundaries have no additional blocking finding from this pass. Scientific effect NONE; no actual graph-to-Lean mapping or kernel execution is authenticated by this packet.
Three external methods preserve all 35 existing controls while challenging internally coherent wrong native scope files, swapped rejection phases and incompatible current producer toolchains. Implementation remains frozen pending genuine hosted RED; fixtures do not claim Lean execution or custody.

This is source-native contradiction RED, not missing-CLI or fixture-preparation failure. Fresh evidence after the earlier manifest-author binding fix: for main-formal-gate/v1, passing normalized=False for the reviewer, claimed author, and retained author makes _lineage skip its PLACEHOLDERS check. A coherently rehashed manifest/alignment whose author is unknown, or whose reviewer fields are all unknown, therefore receives no alignment reason and is emitted as recorded/current, treating unresolved identity as distinct review lineage. Reject placeholder values for Main parties before awarding current alignment.

When an otherwise unchanged mapped formal record belongs to a node impacted only through a changed dependency or graph context, this calculation leaves its alignment current because it never consults regression. The same report nevertheless places that node in revalidation_required and the alignment ref in affected_alignment_records, so consumers of dimensions see a current alignment that the adapter itself says requires revalidation. Include mapped regression impact in the alignment applicability and reasons.
