When readers use these two new cards to assess the linked reviews, they see only “scoped mathematical review” or “scoped nonauthor review”; neither card identifies the actual reviewer/provider, author exposure, or whether the review earns organizational-independence credit. This makes “nonauthor” easy to mistake for independent scientific review, unlike the adjacent formal-packet card, so add the verified lineage and independence status for both #233 and #251.

Adds two source-bound Research reading cards: Math233 once-counted ordinary actual bars and Math251 strict comparison with the candidate coefficient. Preserves all seven conditional analytic inputs, compact positive-gap population, exclusions, and Math234 as integration in progress at the stated cut. Earlier cards and historical Library snapshots retain their original source dates.
Scientific effect: NONE. No proofs, scientific verdicts or source metadata are changed. Asset-release key substitutions are generated necessities of the changed HTML, not independent redesigns.
Validation: 26 Python source-link/browser-contract/asset tests and 29 frontend tests passed; asset release consistency passed. Hosted browser validation and source-bound nonauthor review are required before merge. Native bounded pickup: #247 (comment).
