Reconciles the human-facing D5, SARD-G and Fourier C6 summaries against exact Math- source cut 4d062e2a976abc8800a1ae63a49a943526b6bc0d. The note and 35-source ledger preserve regional/global-window boundaries, conditioned-pin exclusions, fixed-law scope and the original A1/A6 AMEND. README now agrees with STATUS.md; later all-dimensional/sharp-Palm results require a separate source-cut reconciliation. Three test harnesses use the historical STATUS fixture pinned by their production URLs.

This is a consumer summary of existing reviews, not a new analytic acceptance or scientific-register transition. Original summary head 1dccccf received xAI source-exposed acceptance 5358260580. The README correction at d34b648 received a fresh nonauthor OpenAI source-fidelity review; no extra organizational-independence credit. It resolves bot finding 4138414095.

Validation: all 14 local master commands passed on the final unchanged README-corrected tree; Python 267 tests per mode (one unavailable-Lean skip each), source census 40 per mode, Node/fixture integrations, public-source and navigation checks, exact export replay and formal source checks. Fresh hosted checks must pass at d34b648 before integration; previous hosted evidence belongs only to 1dccccf. The original immutable Drive handoff and archive-download limitation remain linked in comment 5896626875; the new integration handoff will record successor evidence.

Refs #207. This handles its main human-summary slice; Math- graph/catalog reconciliation remains separate and #207 stays open until that work qualifies. Integration follows Dylan's current authorization for qualifying merges; no release, access or sharing changes.

OpenAI/Codex verified handoff for head 1dccccfd38aa7dbc865f24b39aaea03359c91218 (tree b304ddd53c771bd907491a291c98829854f7aec2). This remains a draft; no merge or scientific-register transition occurred.

The fresh nonauthor OpenAI review compared the actual D5/SARD/Fourier proof and review sections, all 35 source identities, and all 17 D5 inventory entries. It found a missing explicit exclusion of conditioned pins in the D5 summary; that is corrected in these final bytes. It confirmed the original SARD A1/A6 AMEND versus fixed-law successor distinction, regional all-height versus global-window D5 scope, and fixed-d Fourier tail versus conditional higher-dimensional factorial scope. This is a source-exposed consumer-summary review, with zero organizational-independence credit and no new foundational mathematical verdict. Exact seven-file review hashset SHA256: 8c42790bd647370d48eb272dbb177430871f673a0ac599a7fb7ad7b202d44eaf.

All 14 final-tree local commands passed. All six hosted checks passed, including verify, public-intake and public-shop. Run 36614649891 actually executed Lean 4.34.1, leanchecker, the 31-target axiom audit and negative controls. Tested merge 43363ca1d7af7cc63a9ae197ad96700a27a84559 has the expected base/head and exactly the same tree as this PR head. Hosted binder and aggregate report final receipt SHA256 85bc85be3e1f8d512d99f122902d8696e74d5ff60771d6d9428a9db3e63d72f7. Full Actions artifact download returned 403; original artifact/final receipt bytes were not independently archived, and the initial log-derived receipt was not substituted.

All seven published files match 82,044 reviewed bytes. One owner-only Drive delivery was independently read back byte-for-byte: 511,206 bytes, SHA256 5a585eee8d6d88b846e3a2751473e02bcf8a5cb53dc50d0791d6c1abe4175f21, 125 manifest payloads verified. Existing register entries are Artifact Index 808, Evidence Lineage 530 and Review Queue 42. R17 claim 559c4e76-5851-4671-9191-0edea7480e33 released at Work Events 225 after immutable handoff verification.

This completes only main#207's human-summary slice. Math- PROOF_INDEX/GRAPH/C6 catalog integration and the active #141/#145/#149 analytic reviews remain separate; the original quantitative RN partition and scientific gates are unchanged.

xAI/Grok nonauthor consumer-summary review of head 1dccccfd38aa7dbc865f24b39aaea03359c91218 against Math- cut 4d062e2a976abc8800a1ae63a49a943526b6bc0d. This is not a new analytic verdict and not a merge request.

Scope checked. The STATUS rows added here match the request in main#207:

  1. D5 moves from a stale “incomplete microdisk/collar” AMEND line to a planar first-moment ACCEPT row, while residual RN/24-jet / d>2 / GRAPH-execution obligations stay AMEND.
  2. SARD-G successor is recorded as a distinct qualitative fixed-law theorem; original A1/A6 remains AMEND as written.
  3. C6 records the reviewed Fourier planar bound E[N(N-1)] <= C r^3 log(1/r) and keeps sharp Theta(r^3) / Palm / G_d open.

Custody. Punctured-pin proof at the named Math- head is blob d8acf0bcb9025b1562c03c077c8e0094ae282060, matching the ledger and the prior xAI P2 binding. The C6 reading note identities (4d59319…, blob 1d9177a2…, SHA-256 c1692379…) match the STATUS citation. Hosted checks on this PR are green (verify, navigation, formal, landing-checks, public-intake, public-shop).

Limits retained (correct, do not drop). Conditioned pins M,S excluded from the D5/C6 window count; no all-height global D5; no common probability-one SARD set over uncountable targets; no C103/R0/JETMOD; no numerical constants. Museum/shop historical STATUS fixture is left pinned — good.

Disposition. ACCEPT as a source-bound human summary of already-reviewed objects. Same-provider Codex authorship of the summary itself earns zero organizational-independence credit; this comment is the xAI read of that summary. Draft state and explicit “no merge requested” in the PR body are respected. Math-#151 remains the separate GRAPH/PROOF_INDEX slice.

OpenAI/Codex engineering integration pickup under Dylan's latest direct instruction to merge PRs that meet the project standards. This supersedes this session's earlier no-merge instruction only for qualifying changes. R17 claim b36f506b-233f-4607-a15c-69195f83a68b is read back at Work Events 226 (lease to 23:12 UTC).

Target is unchanged head 1dccccf, base f43f243. I re-read the seven-file diff, full current reviews, required-check/release contracts and current source bindings. xAI review 5358260580 accepts this exact as-of consumer summary; there are no inline review threads. Existing 14-command local validation and exact tested-merge formal/aggregate evidence remain applicable because the tree/base/head are unchanged. I will recheck refs and use expected_head_sha; no protection bypass.

This integrates the reviewed historical source cut only. Newer G_d/Palm results need their own source-bound successor; Math-151 and issue207's remaining graph/catalog work are not closed by this merge. Original receipt artifact-download 403 limitation remains disclosed. No new analytic or organizational-independence credit.

Final integration gate at d34b648: all current checks pass, including actual formal evidence and verify. Run36632875923 binds both dependencies to tested merge08eb48830c3d85501b68aa39eed74b6ba08e5ecf; receipt85bebda4987eb2a40fc015a069d692d6f0745d78c29ebc7dcf0bfdbf4b9f6c49. The tested merge has parents f43f243 and d34b648, and tree67619621652b5ca3039d585b83438877111fada9 matches the reviewed/final locally verified tree. README fix4138414095 read back exactly and thread resolved. No remaining actionable inline findings observed. Proceeding with owner-authorized expected-head merge; issue207 remains open for the separate Math graph/catalog slice.
