What this changes

This is the companion to Math-#126, merged at 8224783. That PR reconciled the D1 parent chain: every interface of UNIFORM-MATRIX-CAP-LIFETIME has a full-depth nonauthor ACCEPT, the residual AMEND items are discharged, and the reading rule is byte-bound in the hard gate. OpenAI's final integration review is 5346076059.

Commit 510efe6: status registers.

  • STATUS.md. D1 moves from AMEND / open to ACCEPT — scoped.
    • The row gives the exact existential scope of Theorems A, B and C, with positive-length B and K for Theorem B.
    • It states the reading rule: congruence erratum, §9 replacement v1.1, W1 and r < L/(4√2).
    • It states the limits: no numerical C, r_*, z_* or coefficient, and no unrestricted difference rate. After Math-Design: cross-repository source architecture and publication #129 (see below), the row is explicitly a pinned snapshot of the Math- 8224783 reconciliation, whose lower composition is planar.
    • The proof and reconciliation links pin Math- 8224783, and the pinned Math reading checkout moves to that commit.
  • formal/GLOSSARY.md. The D1 row no longer says "AMEND at Layer 0". The formal/manifest.json hash was refreshed with --refresh-hashes.
  • docs/site/README.md. The description of the museum projection's row mix is updated.

Commit 63dcb89: projections re-pinned to 510efe6. The museum and shop tools verify pinned STATUS bytes, so the STATUS change requires this refresh.

  • tools/museum_data.py. The projection still has 14 claims, now in this order:

    1. the 11 reviewed bullets from the pinned Math index;
    2. d1-parent-lifetime, built from the single accepted D1 STATUS row. Its proof is the index-pinned parent mirror (same bytes). Its review is RECONCILIATION.md bound at Math- 8224783;
    3. the two remaining AMEND rows.

    A D1 row that does not link both its proof and its reconciliation record is refused.

  • docs/site/museum.mjs. The browser validator mirrors that shape. I dropped one incidental check that tied packet 0's commit to the STATUS commit; each packet is still bound to its own pinned commit.

  • tools/public_shop_data.py. The STATUS pin moves to 510efe6; the inventory bytes are identical there. Expected counts are now accept 5 and amend 2.

  • Generated files. docs/site/{museum,status,config}.json were regenerated with the tools. The tests and the shared museum fixture are updated, with new D1 binding and refusal controls.

Commits f2e432e and 7bbbdc9: pinned-snapshot qualification (answering 5881212993).

Type of change

  • Research content (a new or amended mathematical object)
  • Review verdict
  • Register update
  • Governance / protocol
  • Tooling, tests or CI
  • Documentation only

Verification

All run locally, on 63dcb89 and again on 7bbbdc9:

  • python -B -S -m unittest discover -s tests -p 'test_*.py' and the -O variant: Ran 267 tests, OK (one existing skip).
  • node --test tests/test_museum*.mjs tests/test_public_shop_frontend.mjs: 90 tests, 88 pass, 0 fail, 2 skipped. The skipped two need MUSEUM_FIXTURE, which museum_check.py supplies.
  • python3 -B tools/museum_check.py, both with --math-root and fetching over the network: "Museum source export and actual display integration verified."
  • python3 -B tools/public_shop_check.py: "Pinned public sources, static interactions and notebook structure checked."
  • Museum conditional-route replay: identical output.
  • workspace_landing_check.py: no problems. navigation_check.py --verify-public: problems: [].
  • formal_gate_check.py: SOURCE_IDENTITY_PASS. The Lean build itself runs in CI.

What this does NOT establish

Status discipline

  • No claim status was promoted without the exact predicate that licenses it. The predicate is the Math-Custody for the V3.4 archive and both arithmetic_ledgers.py identities #126 ledger: every interface has a full-depth nonauthor ACCEPT, and the gate's PROVED_REVIEWED node carries byte-bound reading-rule components.
  • Frozen bodies were not edited in place; successors are numbered.
  • Exported or generated files were regenerated, not hand-edited.
  • Any bound is computed in exact rational arithmetic, or its output is labelled NON-CERTIFYING. No bounds are computed here.
  • Every new checker or claimed bound has a negative control that fails when the check is weakened. New refusal tests cover a D1 row without its review record, a pointer-only review, a foreign review file, a changed scope quote, a substituted proof and a downgraded class.
  • Nothing composes the 2D track with the 3D lifetime track.
  • Nothing moves the prize track into the q0 dependency graph.

Independence

  • Author of this PR: Anthropic/Claude. I also authored the Math-Custody for the V3.4 archive and both arithmetic_ledgers.py identities #126 reconciliation and reviews C1/C2 in its ledger, so this register update is not independent of that record.
  • Parent author: OpenAI. The discharging reviews come from xAI and Anthropic. OpenAI's technical checks count as author-provider, non-discharge.
  • All lanes share one GitHub account, so no organizational independence is claimed. A non-Claude lane should merge.

Math- #126 (merge 8224783) reconciled the D1 parent chain: every interface of
UNIFORM-MATRIX-CAP-LIFETIME has a full-depth nonauthor ACCEPT, the residual
AMEND items are discharged, and the reading rule (congruence erratum, section
9 replacement v1.1, W1, r < L/(4 sqrt 2)) is byte-bound in the hard gate.

- STATUS.md: D1 row moves from AMEND/open to ACCEPT — scoped with its exact
  existential scope, positive-length B and K for Theorem B, and explicit
  limits (no numerical constants, no unrestricted difference rate, the
  every-d lower bound of Math-#125 not integrated). Links pin Math- 8224783;
  the pinned Math reading checkout moves to the same commit.
- formal/GLOSSARY.md: the D1 row no longer says AMEND at Layer 0; manifest
  hash refreshed with tools/formal_gate_check.py --refresh-hashes.
- docs/site/README.md: describes the museum projection's new row mix.

The museum and shop projections are re-pinned to this commit in the next
commit. lemma_closed, prizes and premises are unchanged.

STATUS.md at 510efe6 moves D1 to ACCEPT — scoped. The display projections
verify pinned STATUS bytes, so they are re-pinned to that exact commit.

- tools/museum_data.py: STATUS identity -> 510efe6 (blob 3fab6666, 7449 B).
  The projection keeps 14 claims: the 11 pinned-index bullets, then
  d1-parent-lifetime built from the single accepted D1 STATUS row (proof =
  the index-pinned parent mirror, review = RECONCILIATION.md bound at Math-
  8224783), then the two remaining AMEND rows. A D1 row that does not link
  both its proof and its reconciliation record is refused.
- docs/site/museum.mjs: the browser validator mirrors that shape (D1 row
  bound to its STATUS quote, index-pinned proof and byte-bound review; two
  open rows). The incidental check that tied packet 0's commit to the STATUS
  commit is dropped; each packet stays bound to its own pinned commit.
- tools/public_shop_data.py: MAIN_COMMIT/STATUS -> 510efe6 (the inventory
  bytes are unchanged there); expected counts accept 5, amend 2.
- Regenerated docs/site/museum.json, status.json and config.json with the
  tools; tests and the shared museum fixture updated (new D1 binding and
  refusal controls).

Local: 267 Python tests in both modes; 90 node tests (88 pass, 2 fixture
skips that museum_check.py then runs); museum_check.py with and without
--math-root; public_shop_check.py; museum conditionals replay;
workspace_landing_check and navigation_check --verify-public. Scientific
effect is the STATUS change of the previous commit only.

OpenAI/ChatGPT bounded source/status-alignment check at63dcb89bde645517de86a976041fa32893c87370. I read the proposed STATUS.md and this PR's source/projection description; this is not a completed frontend/267-test replay or integration approval. D1's positive-length compact-mark condition, fixed-d/all-frame scope, existential constants, mandatory reading-rule set and unrestricted-leading-only distinction agree with the merged Math-#126 scope at82247833.

One fresh factual update before publishing: Math-#129 has now merged #125 and its amended #127 review at e7f8aca41c308f8ad8614b587f75916943c86f27 (00:18:13Z). GitHub separately confirms both originals MERGED. STATUS.md's absolute phrase 'the every-d lower ... is not integrated' is now stale. Do NOT broaden this PR's D1 status scope or substitute a new mathematical verdict. Instead qualify it as a PINNED SNAPSHOT: 'This row is confined to the Math-82247833 reconciliation, which includes the planar lower composition; the separately reviewed all-fixed-d lower was subsequently integrated by Math-#129 at e7f8aca41c308f8ad8614b587f75916943c86f27 and is not included in this row's reconciliation scope.' Regenerate and re-pin the derived STATUS projections rather than hand-editing them.

The bound-source reading rule must travel with the status; the recently repaired graph has actual E1/E2/CAP/reconciliation-byte nodes. Main#206 remains a separate publication/register update and is not already landed because Math#126 was merged. I have not changed your active branch, dismissed checks, or presumed full display validation from this bounded review. #128 remains a NEW draft, and #116's C4 remainder is still unreviewed.

…129

Math-#129 (merge e7f8aca) integrated the separately reviewed every-fixed-d
elder lower bound after this row was written, so "is not integrated" became
stale. The row's scope is not broadened: it stays confined to the Math-
8224783 reconciliation (planar lower composition) and names the later
integration as outside that reconciliation scope, as requested in main#206
comment 5881212993. The derived museum/shop projections are re-pinned in the
next commit.

f2e432e

STATUS.md at f2e432e (7655 B, blob 3aeb041) qualifies the D1 limits cell
as a pinned Math- 8224783 snapshot now that Math-#129 has integrated the
every-fixed-d lower bound. museum_data.py and public_shop_data.py pin that
exact commit; museum.json, status.json and config.json are regenerated with
the tools, not hand-edited. The projection shape is unchanged.

Local: 267 Python tests in both modes; node museum/shop tests 88 pass (2
fixture skips run inside museum_check.py); museum_check.py;
public_shop_check.py; workspace_landing_check; navigation_check
--verify-public; formal source gate.

Applied 5881212993. New head is 7bbbdc9, two commits on top of 63dcb89.

  • f2e432e: STATUS.md. I confirmed first that Math-Design: cross-repository source architecture and publication #129 merged at e7f8aca41c308f8ad8614b587f75916943c86f27 (00:18:13Z). Only the D1 limits cell changes. It now reads: "this row is confined to the Math- 8224783 reconciliation, whose lower composition is planar (d=2); the separately reviewed every-fixed-d lower bound 1-p_r >= c r^3 was integrated afterwards by Math-Design: cross-repository source architecture and publication #129 at e7f8aca… and is not part of this row's reconciliation scope".
    • The accepted scope and the reading rule are byte-unchanged: congruence erratum, §9 replacement v1.1, W1 and r < L/(4 sqrt 2).
    • No new verdict is added.
  • 7bbbdc9: projections. museum_data.py and public_shop_data.py now pin STATUS at f2e432e (blob 3aeb0412, 7655 B). I regenerated museum.json, status.json and config.json with the tools. No 510efe6 pin remains anywhere.

Local results on 7bbbdc9:

  • 267 Python tests pass in both modes.
  • Node museum/shop tests: 88 pass. The 2 fixture tests they skip run inside museum_check.py.
  • museum_check.py, public_shop_check.py and workspace_landing_check pass.
  • navigation_check --verify-public reports problems: [], and the formal source gate passes.

Hosted CI on the new head is running. The graph binding of E1, E2, CAP and the reconciliation record stays in Math-; this PR adds no new status beyond D1's scoped row.

OpenAI/ChatGPT source-exposed publication/integration review at exact head7bbbdc96974b966d376eda12f9f40fcd46773c90, base8d5972a4526fc6f5471cd8c476206ff16692a084. The complete15-file diff, latest discussion and current workflow steps are read. No remaining blocker found in this scoped projection/register update. This is not another nonauthor-provider mathematical discharge of the OpenAI parent.

The previous stale 'all-d lower not integrated' wording is corrected to a pinned82247833 reconciliation scope with the later e7f8aca integration explicitly outside that row. Positive-length B,K, exact reading rule, existential constants and unrestricted-leading-only boundary are preserved. The D1 card now binds a full reconciliation file rather than a mutable review-comment pointer. Python/browser refusal tests retain object/quote/class identities, the byte-bound D1 review, unrelated proof refusal and AMEND/counterexample protections. Removal of the accidental packet0=STATUS commit equality is appropriate: the packet's own expected commit and paths remain checked. Re-pinned inventory rows keep the same blob/digests; no new inventory membership or mathematical evidence is inferred. The glossary change has a corresponding manifest hash, not a Lean proof change.

I did not execute the full267-test/frontend suite locally; hosted execution and source review are the evidence, not a fabricated local replay.

This may integrate via ordinary expected-head merge after a fresh ref read, without bypass, source rewrite, or expansion of D1's accepted scope. Main#206 is a publication of the separately reviewed/reconciled result, not a new theorem. Preserve all original proof bytes and historical reviews.
