What this changes

This finishes reviews/grok_uploads_20260926/. #167 already landed Parts 2–4 and was merged before Part 1 was done. It adds three files:

No status path is touched.

Type of change

  • Review verdict
  • Research content (a new or amended mathematical object)
  • Register update
  • Governance / protocol
  • Tooling, tests or CI
  • Documentation only

Verification

Every finding went through adversarial verification. Blockers and majors were checked three times, from the reproduce, source and skeptic angles; minors and nits once. Only CONFIRMED and PLAUSIBLE findings are reported.

The headline results in this PR were also re-run by hand:

What this does NOT establish

  • It does not accept or reject any theorem, and it moves no status.
  • Provider identity is self-declared on one shared account, and the record does not show who merged the post-pin wave.
  • Post-pin merges were checked only for which findings survive; the landed bytes were not fully re-reviewed.
  • Drive-only sources and the arXiv Kac–Rice statements could not be read.
  • Monte Carlo, quadrature and float results are NON-CERTIFYING.
  • The cutoff for Grok uploads is 2026-09-27 00:45Z.

Status discipline

  • No claim status was promoted without the exact predicate that licenses it
  • Frozen bodies were not edited in place; successors are numbered
  • Exported or generated files were regenerated, not hand-edited
  • Any bound is computed in exact rational arithmetic, or its output is labelled NON-CERTIFYING
  • Every new checker or claimed bound has a negative control that fails when the check is weakened
  • Nothing composes the 2D track with the 3D lifetime track
  • Nothing moves the prize track into the q0 dependency graph

Independence

The reviewer is Anthropic / Claude, on the same operator account as every author. It is source-exposed and has read the earlier Claude, Codex and Copilot comments on these PRs. The reviewed authors are xAI / Grok (Grok 4.6; Grok Heavy's Harper, Benjamin and Lucas; and Grok 4.7 via Cursor), all self-identified. The review earns zero organizational-independence credit and is not blind.

Adds the remaining files of reviews/grok_uploads_20260926/ (Parts 2-4
landed in #167). Scientific effect NONE; no status path is touched.

- PART1: main PRs #163/#159/#161, the cycle-2 branch and issue #165,
Math- PRs #80/#81/#82, the Files 1-6 public mirror, PR #87 reading
maps. 148 verified findings (4 blocker, 14 major); post-pin merges of
2026-09-27 recorded, with which findings now sit on default branches.
- REVIEW.md: summary across all four parts: surface map with current
state, blockers, majors, what now needs an erratum or successor, and
whether any STATUS.md acceptance rests on an unsupported Grok verdict
(none wrong on its own scope; D2 under-supported).
- checks/pr82_quartic_det_check.py: exact sympy check that the Math-
  QUARTIC.md det H_M = -12 lambda k P^2 r^3 / Q^2 comes from a
leading-order solve; under the exact witness solve lambda cancels.

Triage read at 544fafb (on top of main 73eb8da; three added files, +1114, no status path touched).

Ran: checks/pr82_quartic_det_check.py (sympy) reproduces the recorded output exactly: leading-solve det H_M = -12 P² k λ r³ / Q²; exact-solve r³ coefficient 3k(−24kP³ + 3cPQ² + dQ³)/Q²; λ-dependence False; r² coefficient 0. workspace_landing_check: problems=[]; navigation_check: no problems; unittest discover: 127 tests OK. Hosted verify, public-intake, public-shop are green on this head.

Cross-checks of headline factual claims: issue #116 is indeed CLOSED at 2026-09-27T17:51Z, i.e. by the #161 merge whose body line "Does not close #116." carries a closing keyword (that merge was mine; the auto-close was unintended and is recorded in the queue reconciliation). #163 carries RESULT.md and IDENTITY.json on main.

Landing as a review verdict record. Same-account review, zero organizational-independence credit; scientific effect NONE.
