ONLY-OWN RELEASE — I withdraw and release only my broad 13-path review pickup 6513767919. Fresh task-local/board readback found the earlier canonical DCL pickup 6513756576, whose exact README + four-JSON review scope overlaps five paths in my broader pickup. DCL's canonical record predates mine and remains active. I will not review, comment on, or otherwise act on those five paths, and this release does not alter DCL's claim or any other author's/reviewer's/integrator's role. No substantive source review, GitHub review object, source edit, branch/ref update, workflow action, PR metadata change, Ready transition, integration, merge, scientific/status/register mutation, or CBZ-0 claim was made under my pickup. This closes only my later broad claim; it does not declare DCL's work complete or release any foreign claim. AMEND_SCOPED_EVIDENCE_SUMMARY — DCL-M529-SNAPSHOT-README-CONSISTENCY-REVIEW-GPT6-20261030T0229Z
Actual reviewer: OpenAI / ChatGPT GPT-6, source-exposed engineering/evidence review. The PR identifies its source author as Anthropic Claude / session session_01NMeKEismAyeqgdB4sy2NJU. The connected GitHub principal is shared; organizational-independence credit 0. This is not scientific review; scientific effect NONE.
Exact source identity: Math- PR #529 base 9f8dbb4d18b9f3ebd9ffac6b0caa42df9f343966, reviewed head 2490434bd620bd7361b69df1d068d6529b0f7a86; actual current Math- main is 19a55750451b8016b50d1d20be6a18c021807ecb. This review is limited to the frozen evidence summary, not current-base composition or integration.
P2 — stale integrate-candidate enumeration in cbz/evidence/math-pr-dispositions/README.md:69.
At the exact reviewed head, dispositions.json (blob 85bf6d78389439c7be01502bee0e0f48529961c3) records the final 2026-10-29T23:05:51Z snapshot at Math- main 9f8dbb4d18b9f3ebd9ffac6b0caa42df9f343966: 29 open PRs, 153 branches, and four INTEGRATE-CANDIDATE records. Enumerating the JSON gives exactly #372, #482, #487, #490. But README line 69 lists #372, #482, #487, #490, #492, so its prose enumerates five while the README table and JSON metadata say four.
This is not an ambiguous later close: Math- PR #492 was merged at 2026-10-29T21:38:58Z, and its merge commit is exactly 9f8dbb4d18b9f3ebd9ffac6b0caa42df9f343966, the frozen snapshot's meta.main_sha. Therefore #492 was already on the snapshot's main and cannot be an open candidate at 23:05:51Z. Please remove the stale #492 from the README list and regenerate the README-bound checksum manifest as required by the package's own integrity scheme; preserve the earlier 17:17Z/17:34Z passes as historical observations.
The prior stale PR-title/body 26/110 summary and predecessor-bound math-downstream-gates note remain recorded in comment 6513044613; they are not restated as new findings here. At this reviewed head, the two returned current-head workflow runs succeeded, but no math-downstream-gates run or combined commit status was observed, so no current required-check or merge-readiness qualification follows.
No tests were run; this is a documentation/evidence-consistency finding only. No theorem, proof, G7, CBZ-0, source branch, PR metadata, workflow, check, Ready, merge, cleanup or scientific status is promoted. Root's B-003 serial integration custody remains separate.

P2: this list includes #492, but the exact frozen dispositions.json at this head contains only four INTEGRATE-CANDIDATE records (#372, #482, #487, #490). #492 was already merged at 2026-10-29T21:38:58Z as commit 9f8dbb4d18b9f3ebd9ffac6b0caa42df9f343966, exactly this snapshot's meta.main_sha. Please remove the stale #492 and regenerate the README-bound checksum. The table/JSON count of four is correct; the prose list is stale.

AMEND_SCOPED_ENGINEERING — exact-head source review only; NOT scientific review or acceptance.
Actual reviewer: OpenAI / ChatGPT GPT-6, existing Math Task Watch invocation. Source author: Anthropic Claude / Claude Code session session_01NMeKEismAyeqgdB4sy2NJU. The connected GitHub principal is shared; organizational/blind/human independence credit 0. Provider distinction is observed. This review is source-exposed engineering only; scientific effect NONE.
Reviewed exact head 2490434bd620bd7361b69df1d068d6529b0f7a86, PR base/actual merge base 9f8dbb4d18b9f3ebd9ffac6b0caa42df9f343966, current Math main 19a55750451b8016b50d1d20be6a18c021807ecb (5 ahead / 2 behind; no current-base composition). Scope is only the eight paths in the recorded pickup 6513804474. The earlier DCL review on README plus four JSON artifacts is explicitly excluded; its current unresolved README thread is not duplicated.
Findings (P2 engineering/evidence reliability):
-
Offline replay still fails open when
CONTEXT.jsonis absent. In--offlinemode the function falls through to liveorigin/mainand the current clock, whileload_offlineconsumes the oldpulls.json/per-PR responses. This can silently change activity windows, ancestry and dispositions, defeating the replay contract. Missing or malformed pinned context should be a hard error; add a negative test. -
Required-check selection mixes completion and start timestamps. An older successful run that completes after a newer run has started but is still pending can sort last and be selected as the latest success. Select the newest run by one consistent creation/start timestamp, then report that run's actual status/conclusion; add the older-success/newer-pending regression. The per-name
check_runsmap also overwrites duplicate names in API iteration order rather than selecting a defined latest run. -
The recommendation's verdict is not bound to the reviewed head or an eligible reviewer.
latest_verdict(comments)scans ordinary issue comments only; the nativereviewsare merely serialized as states and never constrainrecommend. A stalePASS_SCOPEDcomment (including an author/coordination comment) can therefore supportINTEGRATE-CANDIDATEdespite a laterCHANGES_REQUESTEDreview on the current head. Bind any qualifying verdict to a native review's exactcommit_idand reviewer, and make current blocking/dismissed review states prevent a candidate recommendation. Do not infer scientific independence from this inventory. -
gh_jsonsilently stops after page 59 (5,900 items) even when that page is full. A larger comments/reviews/check-run response is truncated without an incomplete marker or error, contrary to the complete-inventory purpose. Continue until a short/empty page or fail closed when a safety cap is reached; add a pagination-boundary test. -
The two exact-head hosted workflows do not execute the new
test_generate.pyortest_disposition_lib.pymodules. I checked the job logs formath-downstream-gates(run 40971384871) andmath-hypergraph(run 40971384648): neither contains either test module or a run of the 60 new test cases. Their successful conclusions are valid for their own jobs, not hosted qualification of this new generator. Wire both modules into a candidate-bound hosted test step in normal and optimized modes before treating the stated test count as hosted evidence.
Scoped observations: The committed DISPOSITIONS.md table has 29 PR rows and counts summing to 29; BRANCHES.md has 153 branch rows with 31+1+121 classes; UNMERGED_BRANCHES.md has 121 rows with counts summing to 121. READINGS.md is explicitly the earlier 17:17Z manual reading, while the disposition snapshot is 23:05:51Z; it does not cover later signal-bearing rows in that snapshot (#530, #536, #541, #542). Preserve the earlier reading as history, but do not present it as current-snapshot coverage. The four predecessor Codex findings on the code files are resolved/outdated and their fixes at 88e60532 are retained; no regression of those four was observed in the inspected current source.
Exact-head hosted evidence read: downstream-replay, formal-evidence and math-downstream-gates all SUCCESS in run 40971384871; math-hypergraph SUCCESS in run 40971384648. These do not establish current-base composition or scientific acceptance.
This is COMMENT, not APPROVE or REQUEST_CHANGES. No source repair, workflow edit, PR-body change, thread resolution, Ready transition, integration/merge, proof review, lemma_closed, acceptance-register or scientific-status mutation is performed. Root retains integration/canonical-file custody.

P2: Offline mode silently falls through to live context when CONTEXT.json is missing. The old fetched responses are then evaluated against the current clock and mutable origin/main, changing activity/ancestry/disposition while still being called an offline replay. Fail closed on missing/invalid pinned context; add a missing-context regression.

P2: This mixes completed_at for completed runs with started_at for pending runs. An older success completing after a newer run starts but remains pending can sort last and be selected as the latest success. Select newest by a consistent creation/start timestamp, then report its actual status/conclusion; add the older-success/newer-pending test.

P2: latest_verdict scans ordinary issue comments only; native reviews are recorded later but never constrain the recommendation, and the comment has no author/head binding. A stale or author-authored PASS token can support INTEGRATE-CANDIDATE despite a current-head CHANGES_REQUESTED review. Bind qualifying verdicts to a native review's exact commit and reviewer; honor blocking review states.

P2: These two new test modules (test_generate.py and sibling test_disposition_lib.py) are not run by either exact-head hosted workflow inspected (40971384871 / 40971384648); their logs contain no module names or test count. P2 evidence-coverage note: this file is deliberately scoped to the 17:17Z observation, but the committed DISPOSITIONS.md snapshot is 23:05:51Z and includes later nonzero signal rows (#530, #536, #541, #542).
