At parent Math- main 9f3fb6918b28e6378c034ebc19e76d432f5391cb, the original SOURCE_FILES manifest is Git blob cc4d8cb4284cd54d6e425037207fddb2f32e66d7. I fetched the historical original NOTE.md at 3abcc10 and confirmed its full blob cbf35dead9f20cb8e68c357c62aca6413fb870af. The sibling d=4 package's historical SOURCE_FILES.json independently records the same complete blob. The current NOTE at Math main is later bytes (blob 8c97ea3642930646395566d09d0499d0ca090d35); do not repin this historical companion to today's note.

This source-tracing campaign independently checked the three C8 window-coefficient SOURCE_FILES.json packages (dimensions 4,5,6):

• All 9 local NOTE/RESULTS/Python items: current native Git blob, byte length and independently computed SHA-256 9/9 exact.
• Parent lifetime/SIDE24 proof references 6/6 exact at the named main cut.
• 20 declared companion references: 19 contain complete matching 40-character blobs at their explicit historical commits; the 20th has only the prefix but was directly recovered to the full blob above. No historical source was missing.
• Five repeated as-of companion entries use older original bytes than today's checked out paths; their original historically pinned object identities were recovered. This is not a defect in the original source history.
• All three manifests retain review_status: AUTHOR_SIDE_CERTIFIED_ENCLOSURE_NONAUTHOR_READS_OPEN, executed:false, scientific_effect:"NONE". I did not run the time-consuming coefficient programs, rederive intervals, assign independent review or change any scientific grade.
