Verdict: **ACCEPT_SCOPED_FORMAL_HOSTED**.
The downloaded run-2 artifact supports the recorded five fresh module builds, four standard named-module kernel replays, complete four-module axiom census, and both intended omitted-premise compiler rejections for the exact sources identified below. I found no blocking discrepancy within this bounded artifact review. This verdict concerns the previously reviewed regular-point and strict-interior relative-neighborhood results and their actual hosted execution evidence. Scientific effect remains **NONE**.
Reviewer: delegated OpenAI agent `/root/c292_geometry_review`, acting for Dylan Roy. The reviewer is a nonauthor of the Lean implementation, hosted verifier, workflow, and native master. The reviewer previously supplied proof-shape/topology and negative-control advice, read earlier candidates and failure evidence, reviewed the final source, found the wrapped-audit parser issue, and reviewed the optional displayed-coercion amendment. This is source-exposed, same-provider review: **organizational independence 0; human independence 0**. It is not a fresh blinded review or provider-distinct approval.
Review date: 2026-10-20. `$C297_ROOT` denotes the continuation297 evidence directory. Paths in this report are public-safe references relative to that directory or to the public Math- repository. The reviewer used read-only file inspection, independent JSON/text parsing, archive-member comparison, and hashing. The reviewer did not run Lean, leanchecker, the supplied hosted verifier, its tests, or the native master, and made no remote write. The only new artifact authored in this turn is this review.
**Accepted run and exact archive**
The retained native records and actual artifact agree on:
- Repository `d6g8k5htny-coder/Math-`, PR 489.

- Base `8c226134ac0a0169dbb43311082e5353ed5c922c`.
- Native artifact `12263528364`, named `c297-hosted-39420409237-1`.
- Actual `$C297_ROOT/C297_RUN2_39420409237.zip`: 324060 bytes, SHA-256 `c19d33cf9421e01d49410f2d41f75fff78b8bb09a94965b04b347377ed78d1f3`.
I recomputed the ZIP digest and size; both equal the retained native artifact metadata and the upload digest in the actual job log. The ZIP has 56 unique file members totaling 1016763 uncompressed bytes. I checked for duplicate names, absolute paths, parent-directory traversal, and symlink entries, then compared every member's bytes with `$C297_ROOT/hosted-run2/`. The extracted regular-file set is exactly the ZIP member set, with no missing or extra file.
The aggregate `$C297_ROOT/hosted-run2/RESULT.json` is 50015 bytes, SHA-256 `4c8a73f0a8c5ce1d9bfa9dcbb108bdbc13c56b1f839b1b2a37c6b719e7a6f4a5`. It records `PASS_HOSTED_C297_EXACT_TARGETS`, starts at `2026-10-20T12:11:46.883811+00:00`, starts execution at `12:13:29.936179+00:00`, and completes at `12:14:46.469633+00:00`, without a failure field. The native job completes at `12:14:48Z`. Every recorded phase has a terminal receipt; their timestamps are sequential.
The artifact context contains an empty `tested_parents` list because checkout used depth 1. I did not treat that empty list as proof of ancestry. The retained native Git commit response identifies exactly the base and PR-head parents above, in that order, and the same tested tree. The native job log independently shows fetching and checking out this exact synthetic merge. These records resolve the shallow-checkout limitation for this run.

The native responses were collected by the root agent; this review independently inspected their retained content and checked their consistency with the downloaded bytes. It did not perform a second network retrieval. The retained tree file explicitly describes a projection of the originally untruncated 3191-entry response: 39 delivery entries and three configuration entries. I checked the 14 entries used by this execution: seven Lean sources, manifest, three support files, and three formal configuration files. I do not claim that this artifact review independently re-audited every other delivery file.
**Frozen inputs and executed support**
The archive's source snapshots equal the current frozen local source bytes, the source identities before and after execution, and the retained raw remote readback bytes. For each of the seven sources and three support files, I also recomputed the Git blob identity and matched the final-tree entry. The manifest is identical in the archive and local frozen record.

**All thirteen terminal phases**
I parsed every individual receipt and required exact JSON-value equality with its aggregate entry, then independently rehashed both stream files. All 26 stream identities match. Every phase records `timed_out: false`, `spawn_error: null`, and `object_validation_error: null`. All five builds and all four kernels returned 0; both negative fixtures returned 1 and have `intended_missing_premise_rejection: true`. The two runtime-identification phases returned 0.

The exact commands invoke the recorded Lean toolchain binaries. Builds use `-j2 -M14000`, explicit new object output paths, and the corresponding frozen source path. The four builds after `Lifetime` also use `-DwarningAsError=true`. `Lifetime` is an inherited source built without that option; its streams are nevertheless empty. Each named kernel command is `leanchecker -v <module>`. Negatives use the actual two fixture files, without an object output target. The 11 proof-related phases each have a 900-second limit; runtime-identification phases each have 30 seconds.
All thirteen stderr files are empty. The four non-audit build stdout files are also empty. Each such empty stream has SHA-256 `e3b0c44298fc1c149afbf4c8996fb92427ae41e4649b934ca495991b7852b855`.

Each kernel stdout says only `replaying` followed by its exact module name. These are observed successful standard named-module replays against their imports. They are not `--fresh` replay or a fresh build/replay of the entire dependency closure.
**Fresh objects and stability**
The first build's recorded object inventory is empty. Each of the five builds adds exactly its own `.olean` and preserves every existing project object byte identity. The next four kernel phases and two negative phases preserve the complete five-object inventory. I compared each phase's before-inventory with its predecessor's after-inventory, checked each addition, and rehashed the actual five archived object files. The final inventory equals both `objects_after_builds` and `objects` in the aggregate.

This is evidence of stability of the five generated project objects. It does not assert an independently hashed inventory of every cached dependency object.
**Complete observed census and literal signatures**
I read the complete 17701-byte audit stdout and independently parsed logical declaration records across physical line wraps, without importing the supplied validator. There are exactly 131 unique declaration records, allocated as follows:
| Origin module | Observed declarations |
|---|---:|
| `Lifetime` | 103 |
| `RegularPointChart` | 8 |
| `RegularSuperlevel` | 18 |
| `RegularSuperlevelLiteral` | 2 |
The audit source enumerates the actual environment by module origin with exporting disabled; it is not a hand-maintained list of only public theorem names. I reread that source and matched the complete observed module/name lists to the aggregate. In particular, the chart's generated `_proof_1` and the relative-chart homeomorphism's twelve generated proof declarations appear in the raw output. Every logical axiom array is closed and parsed, the module counts sum to 131, and the final standard-only marker agrees. The four trailing progress markers also agree with those counts.
The observed axiom sets are: 119 declarations using only the set `{propext, Classical.choice, Quot.sound}`, 10 using `{propext, Quot.sound}`, and two using `{propext}`. No other axiom appears. All 17 required declarations from the exact audit source occur once in the full inventory: the two literal Lifetime predicates, the seven chart declarations, the six relative-topology declarations, and the two literal consumers.
The audit's actual `#check` output confirms the intended public boundary. For literal Euclidean `g`, the regular consumer assumes `IsSmooth d g` and `¬ IsCriticalPoint d g ↑x`. The combined consumer assumes `IsSmooth d g` and `a < g ↑x ∨ ¬ IsCriticalPoint d g ↑x`. Their output is a `HasBasis` of path-connected neighborhoods at `x : {y // a ≤ g y}` in that subtype's neighborhood filter. There is no extra chart or local-path-connectedness premise in these two public consumer signatures. The interior helper instead needs continuity and the strict inequality.
The census is complete for these four source/proof modules, including their generated/private declarations visible by module origin. `RegularSuperlevelAxiomAudit` is the fifth fresh build and fourth replay target, containing the auditing commands; it is not a fifth module in the declared four-module census. This distinction matches the actual source and announced execution scope.
**Both actual negative diagnostics**
The negative evidence is substantive compiler output, not a token-only success classification. Each fixture has exactly the intended `error: Type mismatch`, returned 1 without timeout or spawn failure, has empty stderr, and preserves the object inventory.
`WithoutRegularOrInterior.lean:22:2` rejects the application:
```lean
TorusRegularSuperlevel.closed_superlevel_path_connected_basis hsmooth a x
```
The printed actual type still requires
`a < g ↑x ∨ ¬ IsCriticalPoint d g ↑x → ...HasBasis...`,
whereas the expected type is the neighborhood-basis proposition itself. Thus the source-level regular-or-interior premise is demonstrably required by this theorem interface.
`WithoutCoordinateIdentity.lean:24:2` rejects:
```lean
TorusRegularSuperlevel.closed_superlevel_basis_of_chart a x p hx
```
The printed actual type still requires
`(∀ y ∈ p.source, (↑p y).1 = g y) → ...HasBasis...`,
whereas the expected type is the basis proposition itself. The visible coercion `↑p` and product projection `.1` express the exact omitted coordinate identity for this chart and scalar function. The amended classifier accepts this actual Lean rendering. The diagnostic has no syntax, import, setup, or resource error in place of the intended mismatch.
These executions establish two missing-premise interface rejections. They do not formally prove that no different theorem can remove a premise. The previously reviewed smooth oscillatory non-Morse function is a separate mathematical control against dropping regularity/interiority for arbitrary smooth functions. It remains an analytical argument, not an executed Lean counterexample, and it is not a counterexample to the Morse target.
**Runtime, dependencies, and workflow observations**
The actual version stdout reports Lean 4.34.1, `x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu`, commit `5045d0056413266e57c625dcd7c365b10e377c52`, Release. The aggregate records these toolchain binary measurements:

| `lean` | 9024 | `e8baaa71855a616dc351028f3ad2200051b0671f423a1696a100e809302d5550` |

Those are hosted runner measurements; the runtime binaries themselves are not members of the downloaded artifact and were not independently rehashed on the original runner by this reviewer. The archive does preserve the exact runtime version/prefix streams and invocation paths.
The three configuration hashes agree between the artifact's before/after identity, retained raw configuration bytes, and final-tree Git blob entries:
- `formal/lean-toolchain`: 25 bytes, `d5edba4e4b8faad9c1baeadb265716d20d03be4d1a2647dc5e35b0c0325bea7b`.
- `formal/lakefile.toml`: 274 bytes, `d629891716c169404d1f0d76492441c8dd66f1e790b1b8b0819e51c8d5059255`.

The recorded package identities are equal before and after execution and equal the pinned source identity: mathlib `d13f23b723b8a846827a245b89c10fc7d3f11612`, Cli `e92c9f15fdfacc8536f31cfb3b7ad26c3c8cd204`, LeanSearchClient `ddf04cf3949fa556442341e87d47f9f6e6074707`, Qq `6a489d9af5d0c47e5b259e2e8bcdfc1811b5a259`, aesop `355695d523e41d0554926416cba2a2b3544fbbc9`, batteries `f2effa3d803fda822b1f97b806c47cf2adfbcbc2`, importGraph `e928b72544873815af278d38681b31c0293588e3`, plausible `118aa17ee84656b8bd727fef7c458ee8c833385c`, and proofwidgets `106ff4fafc74ef4ac99d81dbf3ab399118f497a5`.
The actual job log records Contents/read and Metadata/read token permissions and the reviewed commit-pinned checkout, Lean action, and artifact upload action. It records ten engineering tests passing in normal Python mode and ten in optimized mode before the fresh Lean phase. This is observation of the hosted log, not a test run by this reviewer. Cached dependency retrieval and standard import use remain part of the recorded trust boundary.
**Retained failures and remaining boundaries**
Run 1 remains an unsuccessful aggregate. Its unchanged `$C297_ROOT/hosted-run1/RESULT.json` is 45173 bytes, SHA-256 `55d8cac09bb7a96265de7f3c18bf75ae2aba1ee5d6a3138b96f6f705080e3bc3`, and still says `HOLD_NOT_COMPLETED` with `RuntimeError('negative control did not reject its intended missing premise')`. Its ZIP is 323718 bytes, SHA-256 `edb500e87ab5c6880a32ffdf3950c186728bec24c8f758d3d9170f091fd81157`. The run-2 negative stdout bytes equal the corresponding actual run-1 compiler diagnostics; the accepted change was the separately reviewed classifier's optional displayed coercion, not a Lean theorem or fixture rewrite. The actual successful run-2 execution supplies the new terminal acceptance evidence. Nothing in this review relabels run 1 as successful.
Earlier candidate compilation failures and the wrapped-parser regression remain preserved under the earlier reviews and evidence history. The previously reported C296-N1 workflow-classifier concern remains peer-owned. C297 consumes the exact peer chart proof and uses its own reviewed and now observed negative controls; this report neither approves nor repairs the separate C296 workflow.
The accepted mathematical scope is the actual relative path-connected-neighborhood basis at regular boundary points and strict-interior points, with the literal smooth-function consumer and explicit regular-or-interior condition. Critical boundary points, deriving local path connectedness from the literal Morse hypothesis, quotient-torus transfer, strict death drop, full closed-death path attainment, the full interval adapter, and probabilistic/density claims are not discharged by this artifact.
Private canonical custody, a native final-master result, independent-provider or human approval, all 39 publication-file acceptance, and broader scientific acceptance are separate gates. The native master's engineering review is assigned to another reviewer and is outside this report. Within the hosted artifact boundary stated here, the source identities, native run binding, fresh objects, complete census, actual compiler diagnostics, and terminal execution records support the scoped acceptance verdict above.reviews/FINAL_MASTER_SOURCE_REVIEW.mdExact UTF-8 bytes: 11076; SHA-256 # C297 final artifact master source review

The final source closes the bounded engineering findings below. I found no
remaining blocking source discrepancy within the stated artifact-validation
contract. This accepts the master implementation's source design, not a
completed master invocation, custody event, mathematical proof, or scientific
promotion. No complete master invocation has been performed by this reviewer.
`$C297_ROOT` denotes the continuation's working and evidence root. All file
references below are relative to that root and disclose no machine-specific
location.
Actual reviewer: OpenAI Codex `/root/adapter_feasibility_c292`, delegated work for

This is same-provider, source-exposed **nonauthor review of the C297 master**,

earlier-continuation tooling, read the prior source and execution evidence, and
proposed the corrections recorded here. I did not author or edit this C297

I reread the amended source and notes and rehashed these exact final bytes.
The original findings are closed as follows:
- `verify_custody` requires `custody.bindings` to cover every previously observed
accepted input, with unique source and destination paths and
native/packet/archive byte equality. It checks the canonical manifest digest,
exact payload count and complete native packet membership. The explicitly
excluded current post-archive files cannot be included by payload filename.
- `verify_publication` binds the actual native PR base and checks the explicitly
selected final composite directory's exact path set and bytes.
`verify_ci` requires exactly two native merge parents equal to the accepted
head and base.
- `measured_audit` counts recognized markers using a word boundary, so the
malformed tab-delimited extra declaration cannot be silently ignored.
- `runtime_binding` derives both executable paths from the actual prefix
output and requires equal same-path launcher/runtime identities. The notes
and final result explicitly identify runtime hashes as executor measurements.
- `verify` reads the notes, so the contract is also subject to final stability
checks and required packet binding.
During amendment review I also identified a new review-field guard that accepted
any nonempty verdict, including HOLD. That is closed in the final bytes:
`final_review_records` requires `ACCEPT_SCOPED_FORMAL_HOSTED` and
`PASS_SCOPED_MASTER_SOURCE_REVIEW` for their respective roles, with distinct
review paths. Both nonempty review files are bound by the root acceptance
record and included among the required packet inputs. Their digests are
supplied by acceptance rather than embedded in the master, which avoids a
source-review self-hash cycle.
I inspected the focused executable fixtures in `self_test`: wrapped and malformed
audit records, an intended negative versus forged failures, runtime coherence,
nonpassing or duplicated final review records, changed bound bytes, and omission
of accepted evidence from an unrelated packet. The implementer reports normal
and optimized self-tests both returned 0 with empty stderr on the final source.
Those executions are attributed to the implementer; I did not run them or
independently read separate saved stream files. They are not a complete master
run. At my final readback, neither `FINAL_MASTER_START.json` nor
`FINAL_MASTER.json` existed.
## Initial source and resolved findings
I read all of the initially assigned `$C297_ROOT/final_master.py`, **40,068 bytes**,
SHA-256 `e782808f54d563e6352b8707459506bcf9d1558f04e57185bc923d7a2ea58eeb`,
and `$C297_ROOT/FINAL_MASTER_NOTES.md`, **6,735 bytes**, SHA-256
`fe7ce3c11044a2e928fd0ce9994b6f63fcec14a5a8d63ce1520e0d9fab116788`.
Line references in this section identify those initial bytes.
1. **P1: the accepted evidence was not required to be in the archived packet
(lines 527–555).** The archive was compared with `PACKET`, but no check linked
that directory to the sources, reviews, hosted evidence, public readbacks,
acceptance record, or master bytes actually accepted earlier. A stale or
arbitrary nonempty packet with its own valid archive and custody receipt could
satisfy that branch. The required correction is an explicit, unique mapping
from every observed accepted native input to packet members, with
native/packet/archive byte equality. Only explicitly identified cyclic
post-archive control and receipt files should be excluded. The canonical
verifier's payload count and manifest digest also need to match the actual ZIP.
2. **P1: the native current PR base was not bound (lines 279–282 and 368–374).**
The native PR's head was checked, but its base SHA was ignored. The later merge
check compared only the stored readback and hosted-context base, allowing a
current native PR with a different base to escape detection. Bind
`pr.base.sha` to the accepted base and require exactly two native merge
parents, as the contract states.
3. **P2: the final publication directory was hardcoded to the initial package
(lines 256–259).** The root separately identified this genuine false-failure
risk: the final 39-path publication combines the original package with an
amendment. Select the final composite directory explicitly from the bound
input envelope, require its complete path set, and compare each composite
file's bytes with the accepted published bytes. Preserve the initial package.
4. **P2: malformed audit markers could escape independent parsing
(lines 140–145).** The record counter recognized only a literal space after
a marker. An extra `SUPERLEVEL_AUDIT_DECL` followed by a tab and an invalid
record was neither parsed nor counted, while its marker name remained
permitted. Count every recognized non-progress marker occurrence and require
exactly the same number of complete parsed records. Retain all existing
uniqueness, wrapped-record, module-count, target and axiom checks.
5. **P2: runtime path consistency and the tool-byte trust boundary needed to be
explicit (lines 433–438 and 470–473).** Runtime records had size/hash shape
checks, but the measured paths were not tied to the actual `--print-prefix`
output. Require the corresponding prefix/bin paths and consistency when the
launcher and Lean runtime are the same path. The artifact contains
executor-measured runtime identities, not executable payloads; the master
must not describe those measurements as an independent native reproduction
of tool bytes.
These are artifact-validation findings, not defects in the frozen mathematical
statements. No Lean source change or repeated hosted proof execution was
requested.
## Checks that already matched the intended source contract
The initial implementation uses explicit exceptions rather than optimization-
sensitive Python assertions. JSON parsing rejects duplicate keys and nonfinite
numbers. Native inputs are restricted to regular, nonsymlink files inside the
continuation, hashed when read, and rehashed before acceptance.
The hosted evidence checks bind the seven frozen Lean sources, reviewed support
files, exact Git blobs, downloaded artifact and extracted member bytes,
per-phase receipts, streams, and resulting objects. The ordered sequence is two
runtime probes, five builds, four standard named-module kernel replays, and two
intended negative invocations. The first build starts with an empty local object
inventory, later builds preserve imported local objects, and replay/control
phases preserve the complete object inventory. The independent audit parser
checks wrapped axiom arrays, unique declarations, the four module counts, all 17
required targets, and only the three permitted axioms. The negative parser
requires the actual missing-premise type mismatch, including the observed
`(↑p y).1` spelling; an unrelated failure does not suffice.
Run 1 remains immutable incomplete history. The master requires its exact
323,718-byte archive and its HOLD aggregate without the second negative's
semantic-acceptance flag. The final success label is explicitly artifact
verification, not theorem proof, and requires scientific effect NONE.
The once-only start/result mechanism and the exclusion of post-archive
control/output bytes are appropriate for avoiding a self-hash cycle. The parent
still owns the one final invocation after stable evidence and custody exist.
## Evidence examined and remaining trust boundaries
In addition to the two complete review targets, I read the contract, the relevant
hosted implementation and prior engineering reviews, actual run-2 aggregate and
selected phase receipts/streams, and the native CI/publication readback fields.
The actual hosted aggregate read was `hosted-run2/RESULT.json`, **50,015 bytes**,
SHA-256 `4c8a73f0a8c5ce1d9bfa9dcbb108bdbc13c56b1f839b1b2a37c6b719e7a6f4a5`.
The reviewed hosted implementation is **25,485 bytes**, SHA-256
`18985d363f3a0b0529e88c9c69dd07c626e6b5f82a251c19c7d820117b7d47c1`.
Its lines 423–428 measure the resolved binaries, and lines 476–478 check that
their identities remain unchanged after execution. This master does not
independently download or rehash those remote executable bytes.
The master binds retained native GitHub metadata and actual downloaded bytes;
it does not authenticate their origin through a new remote fetch. The private
custody receipt's owner-only access statement is a root-owned attestation. The
master independently compares the canonical archive and raw downloaded bytes,
but does not inspect live Drive permissions. Canonical format verification is
performed by the root using the existing canonical verifier; this master binds
that result and independently compares the manifested payload bytes.
I read the canonical verifier's return schema to confirm that its `files` field
counts payload identities, excluding `DELIVERY_MANIFEST.json`, and that
`manifest_sha256` is available. I did not execute or modify that verifier or
reopen the earlier continuation's delivered result.
My actions in this review are source/evidence reads, file hashes, coordination
of these necessary corrections with the implementer and root, and this review
record. I have not run the complete master, its self-test, Lean, a kernel replay,
or any remote mutation. Final artifact acceptance, live custody, independent
review and scientific acceptance remain distinct.ROOT_ACCEPTANCE.jsonExact UTF-8 bytes: 2747; SHA-256 {

This bounded delivery formalizes an actual path-connected neighborhood basis in the relative topology of a Euclidean closed superlevel at a noncritical point or a strict-interior point. Let E d = EuclideanSpace R (Fin d), let g:E d -> R be smooth in the exact Lifetime sense (ContDiff R n for every n), and let x:{y // a <= g y}. If a < g x or fderiv R g x is nonzero, the subtype neighborhood filter at x has a basis of path-connected sets. The two literal public consumers have no chart or local-path-connectedness premise. The proof restricts the scalar regular-point chart to a closed halfspace, then transports its relative neighborhood basis. The strict-interior helper only needs continuity. Dimension zero causes no false regular-point assertion: the noncritical premise is then impossible.

Only propext, Classical.choice and Quot.sound occur. All three applicable jobs in downstream39420409200 also succeeded. This is actual hosted execution, not a claim of native local Lean success or a fresh build of the full imported dependency closure. Runtime binary hashes are executor measurements, not independently downloaded executable bytes.
Run1 remains immutable HOLD: actual Lean phases and both intended errors occurred, but the classifier rejected the displayed optional chart coercion. The minimal verifier amendment admits that exact rendering with positive and negative controls. Actual diagnostic RED preceded ten passing normal and optimized controls. All seven Lean sources, manifest and workflow are unchanged. Earlier native600-second timeout and two failed Linux candidates remain preserved. The successful preliminary Claude topology-only execution is attributed to actual Anthropic session01S16677s1SGeAJmN3QMz4ip and is not mislabeled as the complete final hosted result.
Source and artifact reviewer OpenAI /root/c292_geometry_review is source-exposed and a nonauthor; prior proof-shape advice is disclosed. Native master reviewer OpenAI /root/adapter_feasibility_c292 authored the mathematical source but did not author final_master.py; this supplies engineering review only. Native master/hosted author /root/c297_hosted_verifier and root packager are named. All work is delegated AI work for Dylan Roy; org0/human0. No claim that Dylan personally conducted a human review.
The native master source review found and corrected archive-to-accepted-input binding, current PR base, final composite byte equality, malformed audit marker and runtime-path checks. The master source and full review are included. The canonical packet includes exact accepted native inputs, both hosted artifacts and failures. Archive custody and final master outputs are necessarily later external receipts; the archive does not claim to contain those future outputs. Registered completion requires their actual success and native readback.
This result does not establish critical-boundary Morse geometry, torus quotient transport, full closed-level LPC, or the actual finite ordinary-bar bridge. Contact integrals, actual elder events, once-counted bars, field-first sampling, all-small-bars converses and regional shrinking multiple-witness collisions remain distinct. Global factorial bounds do not close the regional node. No probabilistic hypothesis, normalizer, parameter order or limit order is weakened by this local deterministic lemma.
Next useful task: after fresh source and ownership reconciliation, construct the critical-boundary Morse relative-neighborhood basis under explicit nondegeneracy hypotheses; then transport through torus charts and assemble full closed-level LPC before consuming it in the ordinary finite-bar adapter. The broad project audit remains ACTIVE_INCOMPLETE; scientific effect NONE. C296's separate workflow-classifier correction stays with its existing owner. No merge, Ready transition, Release, deployment, sharing change or foreign claim release occurs in this delivery. |

raise SystemExit(main())FINAL_MASTER_NOTES.mdExact UTF-8 bytes: 9836; SHA-256 # C297 native final artifact master — draft contract
Actual implementer: OpenAI Codex `/root/c297_hosted_verifier`, delegated work for Dylan Roy. No human-review or scientific credit. The master does not invoke Lean, fetch remote data, or execute the canonical archive builder. The parent owns the final invocation after all inputs are stable. A normal invocation creates `FINAL_MASTER_START.json` and `FINAL_MASTER.json` exclusively and refuses repetition; those outputs stay outside the canonical archive to avoid a self-hash cycle.
The parent creates `FINAL_MASTER_INPUTS.json`. Each identity record below is exactly `{"path":"relative/native/path","bytes":123,"sha256":"64 lowercase hex"}`. Absolute paths are also accepted only within this continuation. Every file is required to be regular, not symlinked, and is rehashed again before final acceptance.

The strings above describe identity records; replace them with the actual objects. The two example bindings are illustrative only; the complete required mapping is described below. `hosted_member_prefix` is empty for the observed Actions ZIP layout. The exact complete public file set is derived from the bound final publication list and readback; it is not fixed at the initial 29 files. `publication_directory` names a contained native composite directory; the master compares its complete file set and every file's bytes with the published prefix paths. This preserves both frozen original publication directories. The master also compares native bytes, raw remote bytes, Git blob identities, and actual current tree entries. The accepted scoped native-tree projection must explicitly state that scope, retain every delivery/configuration path, and record the original untruncated entry count. Older raw reads are accepted only with byte-identical current Git blobs and their distinct original read refs recorded. The three original formal-configuration files may retain their earlier source ref, but their bytes must equal both the final hosted records and the final tree blobs.
`ROOT_ACCEPTANCE.json` fields consumed:
- `verdict: "ACCEPT_SCOPED_FORMAL_EVIDENCE"`, `source_manifest_sha256` equal the frozen source-manifest digest.
- `reviews`: map of the three exact native review paths to hashes: candidate-3 source review, original hosted engineering review, and hosted coercion amendment review. These hashes are pinned in the master.
- Nonempty `author`, `reviewer`, `root`, `exposure`, with author different from reviewer.
- `organizational_independence_credit: 0`, `human_review_credit: 0`, `scientific_effect: "NONE"`.
- `hosted_artifact_review` and `master_source_review`: each has exactly `path`, `bytes`, `sha256`, and `verdict`, and their paths must be distinct. Their required verdicts are respectively `ACCEPT_SCOPED_FORMAL_HOSTED` and `PASS_SCOPED_MASTER_SOURCE_REVIEW`. The master binds and reads both nonempty final review records; the root must assess their substance before its scoped acceptance. Their hashes are supplied by acceptance rather than hardcoded into the master, avoiding a source-review self-hash cycle.
`HOSTED_CI_READBACK.json` fields consumed:
- `repository`, `head`, `tested_commit`, `run_id`, `run_attempt` matching the final hosted report and final PR head.
- `run`: actual native run object (`id`, `run_attempt`, `head_sha`, `status`, `conclusion`, `path`).
- `job`: actual native scoped job object (`run_id`, `name`, `status`, `conclusion`).
- `artifact`: native metadata including `id`, `name`, `expired`, `size_in_bytes`, `workflow_run.id`, `workflow_run.head_sha`, and `digest` when available.
- `download`: `{artifact_id, bytes, sha256}` for the actual downloaded ZIP.
- `applicable_jobs`: exact current-head job records with `id`, `name`, `head_sha`, `status`, `conclusion`, `run_id`, `run_attempt`. The existing downstream-replay, formal / formal-evidence, and math-downstream-gates roles must all succeed.
The native PR base must equal the recorded final base. The tested-merge native commit must match the hosted tested commit/tree and have exactly two parents, the final PR head and base. The hosted shallow-checkout `tested_parents` may honestly be empty; its native API readback supplies the binding instead.
Private custody uses the existing root-owned receipt fields `owner_only`, `actual_raw_download_equal`, `bytes`, `sha256`. The canonical verification object is the actual builder's read-only `verify` result: `ok`, `files`, `manifest_sha256`, `archive_bytes`, `archive_sha256`, `scientific_effect`. The master compares the canonical/raw-remote archives, the exact canonical manifest digest and payload count, and independently binds every manifest payload to the native `PACKET/`. It does not claim to have executed the canonical verifier.
`custody.bindings` is an inline list of exact `{source_path, packet_path}` objects. Each source is a contained native file, each destination is a safe path relative to `PACKET/`, and neither source nor destination may repeat. Bindings must cover every actual accepted file read before custody: the master and these notes; source manifest and Lean sources; public readback/input lists and every referenced native/raw-remote/composite file; native GitHub/configuration/CI records; hosted ZIP and every extracted evidence member; the three pinned reviews, both final reviews and root acceptance; the master contract; and the retained run-1 ZIP. Additional evidence files may be mapped too. A source cannot be inside `PACKET/`. Each mapped native file must equal its packet file and its canonical archive payload byte for byte.
The only required-input exclusions are cycle-causing external files: `FINAL_MASTER_INPUTS.json`, `FINAL_MASTER_START.json`, `FINAL_MASTER.json`, and the four exact paths supplied as the current canonical archive, raw Drive download, private custody receipt, and canonical verification result. These current external files are excluded from canonical payload names as well. The inline mapping avoids a separate self-hashed mapping file. An internally valid unrelated or stale packet fails if it omits any actual accepted input.
Formal acceptance checks exactly 13 ordered phases: two runtime probes, five fresh object builds, four standard named-module kernel replays, and two intended negatives. It compares each aggregate record with its individual receipt, all stream hashes/lengths, exact command shapes, initial empty local-object inventory, unchanged imported objects, and actual downloaded final objects. Measured Lean and leanchecker paths must derive from the actual printed toolchain prefix; a same-path launcher record must equal the Lean record. Runtime hashes remain executor-measured records, not independent native reproduction of downloaded tool binaries. The independent audit parser handles wrapped records and validates every declaration, all four module counts, all 17 required targets, and only the three permitted axioms. Malformed recognized markers, including tab-delimited forged records, fail the whole-record consumed count. The independent negative parser checks the missing premise in the actual function type, including the observed `(↑p y).1` spelling; unrelated failures cannot count as acceptance.
Run 1 remains immutable incomplete history: the exact 323,718-byte ZIP with SHA-256 `edb500e87ab5c6880a32ffdf3950c186728bec24c8f758d3d9170f091fd81157` is required, and its aggregate must remain HOLD without the second negative's semantic-acceptance flag.
Development controls use `python3 -B -S final_master.py --self-test` and the `-O` equivalent without creating final-master start/output files. They exercise wrapped and malformed audit records, intended and forged negatives, runtime path/launcher coherence, nonpassing or duplicated final review records, changed bound bytes, and an unrelated packet that omits actual accepted evidence. The first fixture attempt rejected macOS's `/var` symlink ancestor; the test fixture now resolves its temporary root without weakening production path checks. Earlier targeted parser characterization accepted all 131 declarations and both intended diagnostics from retained run 1; that is not a complete master execution or acceptance of run 1. Final master source review and the final full invocation remain outstanding. The final public payload has 39 files after the classifier correction and additive evidence; its count is measured from the final input/readback rows. |

C297 registration verified and ONLY OWN CLAIM RELEASED at 2026-10-20T12:42:52Z. Complete technical delivery and next-task boundary is now registered in R17: Artifact Index1103, Evidence Lineage844, Review Queue526, Work Events2459. All source/branch/foreign review owners and explicit stops remain intact. This is a release of this finite regular/interior delivery, not completion of the full research audit. Next useful task: fresh ownership/source reconciliation, then the critical-boundary Morse relative-neighborhood basis under explicit nondegeneracy; afterward actual torus quotient transport/full closed-level LPC, then ordinary finite-bar adapter. No critical-boundary, full-LPC, ordinary-bar, elder pairing, once-counting, field-first, all-small-bars or regional-collision closure is claimed. C296's separate workflow amendment remains owner-owned. Actual AI executors/reviewer exposure are named in the full records; source-exposed org0/human0, scientific effect NONE, broader audit ACTIVE_INCOMPLETE. No merge/Ready/Release/deployment/access change. |

Owned review scope. Independently inspect the exact 29-file PR delta for statement/proof alignment of the regular and strict-interior Euclidean closed-superlevel neighborhood bases; literal dependence on smoothness/noncriticality or strict interior; relative-topology/chart transport; dimension-zero and local-vs-global boundaries; imported C296 identity; axiom-audit and negative-control source; and consistency of exclusions. Revalidate current head/base, changed paths, reviews/threads and current-head status evidence before one commit-bound native Evidence already published by authors/replayers is input, not a substitute for this source review. I will not represent hosted or Claude execution as my own and will not rerun Lean unless a source question requires it. Stops/exclusions. Any head/base change or competing equivalent pickup stops this review. No source/ref/PR-state mutation, Ready, merge/integration, C299 ownership, critical-boundary theorem, quotient/full-LPC result, ordinary-bar adapter, registry/status promotion, or scientific acceptance. Checkpoint by 15:00 UTC; terminal verdict or precise HOLD and only-own release by 15:40 UTC on 20 October 2026. |

Append-only pickup precision correction: the native changed-filename enumeration contains 39 paths, not 29. The exact filename list has now been acquired; the review scope is the complete 39-path delta at the same bound head/tree/base. All other scope, stops, and timing remain unchanged. No substantive verdict is inferred from the corrected count. |

MTW-C297 separate native source review — PASS_SCOPED
Verdict: PASS_SCOPED for the exact C297 regular/interior closed-superlevel packet at head 363a533e8e0a1308781d88697f46479e327dd344, tree 9dd058d07ec5a4a91da876507ae22b871261ac53, over current Math main / PR base 8c226134ac0a0169dbb43311082e5353ed5c922c. I found no blocking source, statement-alignment, or control-boundary defect within the bounded review scope.
Actual reviewer: OpenAI Codex /root, this Math Task Watch invocation, delegated for Dylan Roy. I did not author C297. Prior exposure: I reviewed the separately owned C296 dependency and its test-control amendment. Same provider/shared principal; organizational, blind, and human independence 0. No personal human review by Dylan is claimed. Scientific effect NONE.
Source and statement findings
-
The public theorems state the claimed relative-topology result. Both literal conclusions are
HasBasisstatements for𝓝 xin the actual subtype{y : E d // a ≤ g y}, not ambient neighborhoods and not global path connectivity. -
The regular branch uses the literal hypotheses.
closed_superlevel_regular_basisobtains the separately ownedregularPointChart hsmooth hregular, its source membership, and the exact first-coordinate identity. No supplied-chart or LPC premise appears in the public signature. The embedded C296 source is byte-identical to its released origin blob77a75a4611040973ad355aff40555a808f1816e7. -
The strict-interior branch needs only continuity.
closed_superlevel_interior_basisembeds the open strict superlevel into the closed superlevel and transports the path-connected neighborhood basis. The literal disjunction uses(hsmooth 0).continuousonly in that branch. -
The relative chart transport is local, not global.
relative_chart_homeomorphrestricts both sides to chart source/target.path_connected_basis_of_relative_chartuses the corresponding open relative subsets;closed_superlevel_basis_of_chartsupplies LPC of the model halfspace from convexity and uses the coordinate identity only onp.source. No ambient openness of the halfspace or global inverse claim is introduced. -
Dimension and dependency boundaries are honest. The declarations quantify over all
d : ℕ; whend = 0, the regular premise is vacuous/impossible while the strict-interior branch remains meaningful. The frozenLifetime.leanis byte-identical to base-main blobf2508f7f2e3fd42f22f5aa52bc5ead5ff9e73b9a. -
Audit and negative controls match the interface boundary. The audit enumerates all declarations originating in the four modules, requires the 17 named targets, and allows only
propext,Classical.choice, andQuot.sound. The two negative fixtures omit exactly the regular/interior disjunction or chart-coordinate identity. The verifier requires one exit-1 type mismatch with the expected unsaturated theorem and rejects common unrelated import/syntax/resource/sorry signatures; its tests exercise malformed census, diagnostic coercion display, false negatives, timeout, and object mutation.
Current evidence revalidation
Immediately before this review, #489 remained OPEN/DRAFT/UNMERGED and mergeable at the exact head/base above; Math main was still 8c226134...; native compare was ahead 2 / behind 0 with 39 added paths and +3246/-0; the native review collection and review-thread collection were empty. All four current-head checks were completed SUCCESS: c297-hosted-formal, downstream-replay, formal / formal-evidence, and math-downstream-gates. I did not rerun Lean and do not represent those hosted runs or Claude S's provider-distinct leanchecker --fresh replay as my execution.
Nonblocking documentation precision: several committed source comments and status sections explicitly preserve the earlier pre-hosted “pending/not executed” cut. They are historical snapshots, not the terminal execution status. The later PR delivery and replay records supply the current status; this review does not rewrite provenance files.
Limits
This pass is only for the exact regular/noncritical and strict-interior Euclidean source packet. It does not establish the critical-boundary Morse case, torus quotient transport, full closed-level LPC, C294 premise discharge, ordinary finite-bar adapter, elder pairing, once-counting, stochastic claims, Ready/integration clearance, or scientific acceptance. Any head/base change requires fresh review binding.

C297 supplies a path-connected neighborhood basis at a point of the actual Euclidean closed-superlevel subtype when that point is noncritical or lies strictly above the level. The literal public theorem assumes smoothness and
a < g x.val ∨ ¬ IsCriticalPoint d g x.val; it does not accept a chart or local path connectivity as a public premise. Six topology declarations restrict the scalar chart to the relative halfspace and transport its neighborhood basis. Two literal consumers use the frozen, separately owned C296 chart. This is a draft, source-reviewed formal packet. Combined hosted compilation, kernel replay, full four-module axiom census, two intended missing-premise controls, and final custody verification are pending at creation. Scientific effect: NONE. Critical points at the boundary level, literal Morse local geometry, torus quotient transport, full closed-level LPC, and the ordinary finite persistence-bar adapter remain open.
Reviewable sources and evidence are under frontiers/regular_superlevel_geometry_20261020. The packet includes complete proof sources, source inventories, nonauthor source reviews, meaningful analytical/interface controls, failed development attempts, and the bounded hosted verifier. The new workflow touches no existing workflow or registry.
