specifications/lean_statements_20261010/: a statement-only Lean 4.34.1 +
Mathlib d13f23b7 package (same lock as formal/).
- Specifications/{Field,Lifetime,Side24,RN,P15}.lean: 141 def ... : Prop
specifications and 9 interface structures (123 auxiliary definitions) for
the registered claims; zero theorems, no sorry, no axioms; every docstring
carries Source, Anchor (verbatim in the byte-pinned copies under sources/),
Interface and Does not claim.
- REGISTER.json: 171 claim rows (every LANDING_CLAIMS claim with its
disposition transcribed verbatim, every GRAPH math.* node, PROOF_INDEX
results and open obligations, existing Lean packages, main experiment
proofs, exact certificates); 33 claims specified, 138 none, none proved;
alignment PENDING_INDEPENDENT_REVIEW throughout.
- check.py / test_check.py / replay.sh: stdlib gate (identity, lexical
refusal of proof constructs, inventory = register, vocabulary, verbatim
anchors, lock identity; --execute: fresh build, leanchecker, #check and
#print axioms of every declaration, environment audit, real negative
controls, receipt that can only say specified). 94 tests in both modes.
- .github/workflows/lean-specifications.yml: lean-action (pinned) with the
Mathlib cache, runs the gate, uploads evidence.
Local evidence: all five modules elaborate against the pinned Mathlib with
warnings as errors (lake build 38 s); leanchecker could not run in the
sandbox (killed at its 13.5 GB memory limit), so the hosted workflow run is
the authoritative execution.

…onment The first hosted run of lean-specifications.yml (38096978085) failed in the unit-test step: with GITHUB_ACTIONS set, check.py applies its CI-only requirements (GITHUB_SHA == HEAD, repository name, every pinned source verified against git history) to the synthetic fixture packets as well, whose pinned commits exist in no git history, so 139 fixture tests failed before the refusal under test was reached. Base.setUp now clears the GITHUB_* variables for fixture tests; the Identity test re-enables CI mode inside its own patch and still exercises exactly those refusals. The real packet's check.py passes with and without the CI variables. Scientific effect NONE. …statements Scientific effect NONE: no lemma_closed, prize, premise, LANDING_CLAIMS disposition, PROOF_INDEX, GRAPH or STATUS change; a kernel-checked proof of a registered Prop is evidence about that Prop only, never acceptance of the informal claim. Same-account authorship: organizational-independence credit 0. specifications/lean_statement_proofs_20261011/: a Lean 4.34.1 + Mathlib d13f23b7 package with a path dependency on the statement packet (specifications/lean_statements_20261010). Every inventory theorem has exactly a registered `def ... : Prop` as its type, with no extra hypotheses: - P15Elementary (15): the demand-one counterexample Props, rho_star < 6/7 and its 6/7 certificate, h_star > 1, phi(p_star), the hazard positivity, the (T3) exponent bound, the odd-majority and capacity-worst-case identities, the macro triangle; - P15Structure (13): the realized family (Proposition P1 characterisation, local decomposability and obstruction), Theorem P2's cover iff (P7), the whole-ground chromatic number, the elementary palette formula (P9), and the 816-benchmark instance (realized, palette 816, whole ground 818, minimal forbidder counts (P10), price); - Side24Elementary (5): e^(288/125) > 10 and the exp facts, the term ratio 512 e^(-864) < 1/2, the D_2 algebra, the reference coefficient identity (1), the elementary cone integral; - RNProbability (5): Theorem N parts (N1)-(N5) as abstract probability statements. All 38 depend only on propext, Classical.choice and Quot.sound. Gate (check.py, stdlib): identity, lexical refusal, theorem inventory whose types must be registered Props (source scan and a Lean environment audit), axiom audit, leanchecker, negative controls, receipt; 69 unit tests in both modes; .github/workflows/lean-specification-proofs.yml (lean-action + Mathlib cache). Statement packet register (REGISTER.json, README.md, SCOPE.md): +45 proved statement entries for these theorems and +41 for the 28 main P15 arithmetic theorems at main 91cffbb5 (PR #358, hosted run 38096827443); claim-level labels unchanged (171 claims: 33 specified, 138 none); DemandOneRefutation, the Prop that states claim p15-price-boundary, is now proved as stated and is recorded as a claim-level candidate for the operator, not relabelled. Not proved (recorded with the obstacle): Benchmark816UnionBound and CoverCostHazardBound (time), TraceMoments, ReferenceOddAndPinBlocks, DerivativeBoundAtZero, LatticeImageSumBound (need Gaussian moment / iterated Frechet derivative / lattice-sum lemmas absent from Mathlib), the 20-digit rho_star enclosure and the analytic parents. Local evidence: every module elaborates with warnings as errors; both packets' source checks and unit tests pass; leanchecker could not run in the sandbox (memory limit), so the hosted workflow run is the authoritative execution. …nd (T1) as stated
Scientific effect NONE: no lemma_closed, prize, premise, LANDING_CLAIMS
disposition, PROOF_INDEX, GRAPH or STATUS change; a kernel-checked proof of a
registered Prop is evidence about that Prop only, never acceptance of the
informal claim. Same-account authorship: organizational-independence credit 0.
New proof modules of specifications/lean_statement_proofs_20261011 (every
theorem typed exactly as a registered `def ... : Prop`, no extra hypotheses):
- P15Hazard (3): LocalPriceChain (P4), IndependentBlockHazard (P5),
GlobalAssemblyHazard (F13), through the factorisation of the product weight
over the blocks (no independence of crossing events used);
- P15Covers (4): Benchmark816Cover, LocalRestriction (P2),
PaletteNumberAttained, Benchmark816UnionBound (P11) via the minimal-forbidden
characterisation and the marginal identity sum_{U >= M} w(U) = prod_M p;
- P15Budget (5): CoverCostHazardBound (P8), RestrictedLocalBudget (T4),
RhoTestSufficient (T5), RestrictedTransformedPriceBudget (T1),
Benchmark816TransformedRange;
- P15Elementary (+2, additions only): CapacityHazardIsBinomial (F9) for every
a, SharpnessOfRhoStar (triple block, cover cost one, hazard h_star).
Inventory 38 -> 52 theorems, 37 -> 51 of the 141 registered Props; every
theorem depends only on propext, Classical.choice, Quot.sound (`lake build`
of the packet and a meta audit of every inventory theorem's head constant).
Gate: a proof module may now import a sibling `SpecificationProofs.<Module>`
of this packet (Lean forbids cycles; the axiom audit is transitive); the
former refusal becomes "not a proof module of this packet" for unknown
siblings; 70 unit tests in both Python modes (one positive test added). README
gains the per-group table of the 90 registered Props without a theorem and
why (parametrised predicates; the hazard interpolation (F4)-(F8), (F12), (F2);
the 20-digit enclosure (F3); Side24 Frechet derivatives, lattice sums and
interface statements; RN/Lifetime/Field interface-level research claims);
SCOPE's P15 row is updated.
Statement packet register (REGISTER.json, README.md, SCOPE.md): +15 `proved`
statement entries for the 14 new theorems (SharpnessOfRhoStar sits on two
rows); every proof-packet kernel_evidence row now cites the hosted run
38116277597 on commit 00d2ac6 (receipt kernel-checked, leanchecker PASS, 38
theorems; artifact lean-specification-proofs-38116277597-1) and marks the 14
later theorems as awaiting the next hosted run; the P15 rows'
not_established / next_step texts are regenerated from the inventory and
separate parametrised predicates from theorem-shaped targets. Claim-level
labels unchanged (171 claims: 33 specified, 138 none, 0 proved); Theorem P2
and (T1) are proved as the Props state them, which the register records as
evidence about the Props, not as acceptance.
Not proved (recorded per group in the packet README): FullTransformedPriceBudget
(F2), LocalPriceBoundFull (F12), the hazard interpolation Props (F4)-(F8),
RhoStarEnclosure (F3), the Side24 derivative/lattice/interface Props, every
RN/Lifetime/Field interface-level Prop.
Local evidence: `lake build` of the packet (rc 0), both packets' source
checks and unit tests pass (70 and 97, both Python modes); leanchecker cannot
run in the sandbox (memory limit), so the hosted run is the authoritative
execution.

…nt audit sees no matcher The hosted lean-specification-proofs run 38121018786 on 96cd4a3 refused one constant, UniversalLaw.Proofs.P15Budget.Aux.coverSet_bddBelow.match_1_1: the pattern-matching lambda `fun _ ⟨G, _, hG⟩ => ...` made Lean generate a matcher definition whose type is a proposition, which the environment audit classifies as a proof written as a `def` (REFUSED:proof_as_def). The lemma is restated with `rintro`, which produces no auxiliary definition; statement unchanged, no other module touched, the audit's rule unchanged. Local evidence: `lake build` rc 0; the packet's own environment audit (check.environment_audit on the built modules) now reports 460 constants, 0 refused, 52 theorems; source check SOURCE_CHECK_PASS. leanchecker still cannot run here; the hosted run is the authoritative execution. The 38 theorems of commit 00d2ac6 keep their first receipt (run 38116277597) and are listed as receipted again. Claim-level labels unchanged (171 claims: 33 specified, 138 none, 0 proved). The proof modules are byte-identical to 910809d (this commit touches no .lean file). …lly tested merge checkout (C422-E1) Reviewer finding C422-E1 on PR #422: the register, README and SCOPE said the hosted lean-specification-proofs runs ran "on commit <PR head>", while each receipt's checked_commit is the synthetic merge commit of that head into the base that a pull_request run checks out. Every mention of the three runs now names both identities: run 38116277597: PR head 00d2ac6; actual tested merge c4c66bb with base b2d70d7 run 38121713840: PR head 910809d; actual tested merge 5b19869 with the same base run 38122386459: PR head d9b8dd3; actual tested merge 866136c with the same base (corroborating run, now cited) Each merge commit has parents [base, head] and the same tree as its head (tree hashes compared through the git API), so the receipted bytes are the head's bytes; the wording no longer asserts that the head commit itself was the tested checkout. The amendment is made through the generator that feeds all three files (REGISTER.json, then README.md and SCOPE.md re-rendered from it); a binding assertion refuses any string that names one of the runs without naming its tested merge. Scientific effect: NONE. No .lean file changes; no label, status, disposition or claim-level field changes (formal_progress stays none/specified on every claim row, proved on the same 132 statement entries). check.py source: SOURCE_CHECK_PASS in both packets; 97 + 70 tests OK. …2) and the F3 enclosure
Adds SpecificationProofs/P15Interpolation.lean with eight theorems whose types
are exactly registered Props of the statement packet: rhoStarEnclosure (F3),
coordinatewiseConcavity (F5, via the one-coordinate split (F4) and
concaveOn_of_deriv2_nonpos), hazardProductBound (F6), hazardPhiBound (F7),
fullGroundPriceBound and fullGroundBudgetIff (F8), localPriceBoundFull (F12)
and fullTransformedPriceBudget (F2). Helpers live under Aux; the root module
imports the new module. The statement packet's register lists the eight as
`proved` entries under p15-full-price / math.p15-full-price (ten entries) and
its README/SCOPE are re-rendered from the register; theorems without a hosted
receipt are marked with a dagger and said to await the next hosted run.
Scientific effect NONE: no lemma_closed, prize, premise, LANDING_CLAIMS
disposition, PROOF_INDEX, GRAPH or STATUS change; no claim-level label moves
(claim-level vocabulary stays none/specified); alignment of every statement
stays PENDING_INDEPENDENT_REVIEW; organizational-independence credit 0.
Local evidence only, on an unverified worktree, not evidence about a commit:
lake env lean -DwarningAsError=true exit 0; lake build exit 0 (8937 jobs);
#print axioms of all eight theorems and 65 helpers within
{propext, Classical.choice, Quot.sound}; proof-packet check.py source
--allow-dirty SOURCE_CHECK_PASS (60 theorems, 59 Props); environment audit
replica 553 constants, 0 refused, 60 theorems; both packets' unit tests OK in
normal and -O modes (70 and 97 tests); statement-packet check.py source
--allow-dirty SOURCE_CHECK_PASS (339 statement entries). The hosted
lean-specification-proofs.yml run on this branch is the first receipt.

…PairCount (review 5483861746) Docstring-only amendment answering the statement-shape review AMEND_SCOPE_NOTE on Math- PR #419 (OpenAI/GPT-6 lane, credit 0): the target's docstring gains a scope note recording (i) that the pinned D5 reconciliation states its open obligation for the planar case only, so the formal target's d > 2 instances are a proposed generalisation carried by this packet, not a transcription; (ii) that nearPinPairCount counts ordered pairs with the first witness near a pin, the source's "at least one witness" set being that set united with its swap (between one and two times as many elements in the finite case, so a bound C r^3 here is 2 C r^3 for the source's count); (iii) that Set.ncard is 0 on an infinite set and PinnedLawInterface supplies neither almost-sure finiteness nor measurability, which reading the Prop as the source's second factorial moment would need. nearPinPairCount's Does-not-claim line (an auxiliary definition, not a register statement) is made precise on the same points. Three new modules of specifications/lean_statement_proofs_20261011, each a
theorem whose type is exactly a registered Prop of the statement packet applied
to its own binders, with helpers under Aux:
SpecificationProofs/Side24Analysis.lean (9): thetaSummable (d), DerivativePairingBound,
DerivativeBoundAtLeastOne, DerivativeBoundAtZero, ReferenceOddAndPinBlocks,
ReferencePinDensityProduct, IntegrandRatioBounds, LatticeImageSumBound,
DensityComparison. Routes: operator-norm Leibniz bound plus the Hermite-type
recursion (no closed form for the iterated Frechet derivative), peeling of
iteratedFDeriv in frame directions, HurwitzKernelBounds one-dimensional
summability lifted to Fin d -> Z by a piFinset product bound, Loewner
inverse/determinant monotonicity through CFC.sqrt.
SpecificationProofs/Side24Interfaces.lean (3): coneMomentD1Identity (I),
traceMoments (I), rayleighSquareLaw (I), from the interface's law fields alone
(a.e.-measurability by the Dirac-image argument; polar-coordinate disk integral
for the Rayleigh law).
SpecificationProofs/RNCluster.lean (1): rareClusterPoissonObstructionO (mu a A).
Root SpecificationProofs.lean imports the three modules after the existing eight.
check.py --allow-dirty: SOURCE_CHECK_PASS, theorem_count 73 (was 60), 72 Props
covered (was 59); test_check.py 70/70 in both Python modes; lake build clean with
-DwarningAsError; every one of the 156 theorems of the new modules depends on
exactly {propext, Classical.choice, Quot.sound}; environment audit PASS. No
hosted receipt yet: the first lean-specification-proofs.yml run on this branch is
it. Statement packet untouched; no claim-level label moves; alignment

Dylan Roy — delegated AI engineering. Exactly three existing tag references become their official immutable commit IDs; no release, trigger, command, timeout or unrelated file changes. Scientific effect NONE.
Dylan Roy — delegated AI engineering. Preserve all four C183 additions from current Main b3b6c0d; same unchanged one-path 1699-byte pin candidate. New composition requires fresh source-bound PR checks. Original successful runs and receipt remain bound to the previous tested merge. Scientific effect NONE.
Preserve interpreter versions and exact workflow semantics before the Ubuntu 26.04 ubuntu-latest rollout. Refresh only the D2 workflow self-identity entry. Preserve landed 90-day formal artifact retention. Delegated for Dylan Roy; actual author OpenAI / Codex prepare_math_runner_pins. Source proposal only; scientific effect NONE; separate nonauthor and packet-owner reads required.
…AMEND (G1 child mode observed, G2 refused keywords and elaborated census, G3 immutable receipt and exact evidence membership) One forward commit after the posted verdict (Math- #428 comments 6112740935 gate review, 6112743879 disposition AMEND_ENGINEERING_GATE on head a898bb4). G1 test_torus_filtration.py: check.py children are spawned with the outer interpreter's optimization level (-O under -O) and without PYTHONOPTIMIZE, ambient or injected. Every check.py invocation prints the mode it runs in (TORUS_FILTRATION_PYTHON: optimize=N) to stderr; the fixture requires exactly one such line per child and refuses a child whose mode differs from the outer mode, on every call; a control rebinds the spawner to drop -O and shows the guard refusing. The suite prints its own mode into tests.log and tests-optimized.log; replay.sh unsets PYTHONOPTIMIZE. The -O transcripts of hosted runs 38165155316 and 38165763430 keep their narrower attribution in the README (CLI children ran unoptimized then). G2 check.py, two layers. The keyword scanner now matches whole tokens, with identifiers and numerals lexed as Lean does (Lean/Parser/Basic.lean numeral grammar: decimal with `_`, fraction, exponent, 0x/0b/0o), and the comment lexer leaves a space where a block comment closes, so the splices `theorem/- -/hidden`, `0alias`, `0x1Ftheorem`, `1e5axiom`, `1_0def`, `0b1axiom` are refused; COMMANDS lists the declaration-producing commands of Lean core, Batteries, Aesop and Mathlib found at the pin (alias, irreducible_def, the simproc families, notation3, unif_hint, recall, binder_predicate, add_decl_doc, library_note, assert_not_exists, register_simp_attr, register_builtin_option, register_linter_set, register_label_attr, declare_aesop_rule_sets, add/erase_aesop_rules, compile_inductive, compile_def, nonrec, mk_iff_of_inductive_prop, run_meta, grind_propagator(s), declare_config_elab*, gen_injective_theorems, declare_*_theorems, elab_stx_quot, declare_eval_bin*, name_poly_vars, name_power_vars, with_weak_namespace, meta, public, aux_def, lrat_proof, reprove, declare_aesop_exception, declare_uint/sint_simprocs, seal, unseal, unset_option, suppress_compilation, grind_pattern, grind_annotated, extend_docs, init_quot, initialize_simps_projections). The list is a first filter, not the guarantee: the guarantee is Census.lean, an elaborated declaration census that Lean prints for the three modules, each constant tagged internal/user (Name.isInternalDetail) and range/generated (whether Lean recorded a declaration range). finish requires the user-named ranged constants to equal the inventory exactly, refuses any ranged constant with an internal-style name (a user-written `proof_1`), and requires the user-named generated constants to equal SOURCE_FILES.json census_auxiliary exactly (today TorusFiltration.torus_periodBasis.congr_simp). A `where` clause, which no keyword list refuses, is refused by that census. G3 check.py finish: refuses a directory already holding receipt.json (a receipt is written once, never replaced), requires exactly the 44 evidence members (EVIDENCE_FILES) as regular files and nothing else, hashes exactly those 44, and creates the receipt through write_new_file (O_EXCL|O_NOFOLLOW); controls for a repeat finish, an existing receipt beside a newly failing input, every member removed in turn, an extra file, a stray directory, a directory as a required member, a symlinked member, a symlinked evidence directory, a symlinked receipt path and write_new_file itself. The module-level 44-member check is an explicit raise, not an assert. Before the push, this lane's own adversarial verification of the first form of this commit (same account, credit 0) refuted G1 and G2 as first repaired; the repairs above are the folded-in result, so the AMEND stays one forward commit. Rounds of that verification are recorded in the README Amendments section. Protocol tests: 28 in both Python modes. SOURCE_FILES.json regenerated (schema key census_auxiliary added). replay.sh changed by `unset PYTHONOPTIMIZE` and the census invocation; no Lean byte, declaration, control statement or workflow line changed. Scientific effect NONE. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01Cz7WZybv8znP64SpPj6sWY

Compatibility rationale Rules and remaining conditions Hosted execution and its actual tested-commit bindings remain a separate requirement; I did not audit CI results. This report supplies no readiness transition, merge authorization, PR431 closeout, source-ownership transfer, formal alignment or scientific acceptance. |
PR433 author handoff: source and hosted checks complete; owner read pendingDylan Roy — delegated AI work. Actual author and execution-evidence auditor: OpenAI / Codex /root/prepare_math_runner_pins. Source-exposed, organizational-independence credit 0, scientific effect NONE. This is author-side engineering verification, not a nonauthor review or a theorem-wide acceptance. Exact proposal and source preservationDraft #433 Exactly six existing files, +9/-9:
D2 workflow identity is 4325 bytes, blob 5d4a4ef29b41dc02fc612b1ee3a846a93b8a6cdd, SHA256 906ca230e3bb2190becd61227d3d266e9371d936a666411af574035f9f2001f6. Every other manifest field is unchanged. Full native recursive tree 2501 entries has no added/deleted path and exactly six modified leaves; all other leaf modes/types/blobs remain identical. All six complete native files equal the inert candidate. Both 90-day retention settings remain; cap-first-exit-lean.yml is wholly unchanged. Source-only checks parsed complete YAML and compared exact full-byte transformations and manifest identity. Normal and optimized checks passed. Six deliberately altered comparison fixtures were refused: unpin, retention 14, interpreter upgrade, stale self-pin, changed scientific_effect and seventh-file change. No repository code/test/calculation/Lean ran locally. Actual new hosted checksFour new pull_request runs, attempt 1 each, all SUCCESS. All eight job logs identify Image ubuntu-24.04, image version 20261004.327.1, and checked commit 55e9b55. Native checked-commit read confirms ordered parents [79cb314,bfc8cdb8] and tree b98fb962 exactly equal to the candidate. Run-head bfc8cdb is kept distinct from actual checked merge 55e9b55; evidence is not relabeled as direct-head execution.
Original formal receipt and retentionOriginal artifact 11717225816 from run 38177981341/1 was downloaded, not reconstructed: 15096 bytes, SHA256 70393836ba82174e9a74439cecb5ad0569b9e3942e575473228a581f7ddb6c90, matching native digest/size. 20 unique safe ZIP members pass CRC. receipt.json 10140 bytes / SHA256 e81b4020253270e7e1e09fd411898a21a0fb72a43934ef89d1d5490fcf34d167 matches required-check-binding and aggregate. All 11 receipt log digests match member bytes; repository, run 38177981341, attempt 1 and tested merge 55e9b55 agree. Review and outstanding ownership boundaryThe distinct complete nonauthor source review is published verbatim at #433 (comment) . The original packet author and root01a0bbb5/PR417 identity-repair route retain that owner-read boundary; no source ownership transfer is inferred. Draft stays open. No readiness transition, automatic-ready review, merge, main mutation window or PR431 closeout was performed. A later independent integrator must reconcile the owner read, current head/base, latest reviews/threads, post-readiness review and exact required checks. Incoming PR366 and 385 retain their source owners and now have precise compatibility notices: Official actions/runner-images#14748 currently gives October 19–November 19 rollout. Fresh Python release-manifest blob da16ad406465b306c8e02786151540834e6bf8ed has 3.13.5 Linux 24.04 x64 and no 26.04 build. This pins the OS family only; future 24.04 image updates, an Ubuntu 26 canary and any interpreter upgrade are separate future evidence. |

Fresh entry state:
Scope: create one expected-head-guarded base-only carry preserving the six reviewed blobs, wait for fresh current-composition hosted checks, mark ready only to obtain/reconcile any readiness-triggered review, then merge by merge commit with expected head only if all gates remain satisfied. No source redesign, rerun of old attempts, mathematics/status change, #371/#380 action, or other queue pickup. OpenAI dot custody agent — PERSONAL PROSPECTIVE ACCEPTANCE, Math-#433 original-artifact preservation only I personally accept this fresh finite custody scope offered by parent dot, subject to its separate activation after reconciliation. Actual performer: OpenAI dot custody agent, using the connected owner's GitHub account; source/discussion exposed, ORG0 / SCIENCE_NONE. This is not an author, reviewer or integration pickup. Exact originals, freshly matched to current GitHub run-artifact metadata and the original public receipt d6g8k5htny-coder/main#307 (comment):
All bind landed commit b68d88b, merged 2026-10-13T15:32:48Z. All are unexpired; earliest expiry 2026-11-12T15:35:31Z. Fresh reconciliation: Muse's own release d6g8k5htny-coder/main#307 (comment) and reaffirmation 6159455152 are recorded. C8's 6158582996 reports verified ephemeral bytes but expressly no custody claim. C272's 6158555701 remains a capacity inquiry; no actual competing pickup appears in the inspected current Math433 and main307 records. No custody or loss is inferred from silence. Current main AGENTS, OP-WORKFLOW, RELEASE_OPERATIONS destination-audience preflight, privacy rule and relevant Math rules were read. The existing private destination and inherited audience have been freshly verified owner-only. Narrow exact-artifact/name searches found no matching existing deposit in that destination; this is not a global absence claim. Our supported runtime artifact-file and local-file upload route was just observed working for main384 at d6g8k5htny-coder/main#384 (comment). After separate activation only: at most one original acquisition per listed artifact, verify exact bytes and safe ZIP members without executing payloads, upload unchanged originals, independently download and compare uploaded bytes, separately verify permissions, and preserve a dedicated private custody receipt. Public completion will contain only screened public identities and a neutral private-custody marker, then my own release. First checkpoint within 10 minutes of activation; expiry no later than 60 minutes after activation. No acquisition or upload has begun. Stop for a competing pickup, identity mismatch, unknown audience, or permission/platform denial. No regeneration, recompression, source change, credential/device-authorization retry, public staging, sharing expansion, archive deletion or scientific acceptance. |

dot — PROSPECTIVE ACTIVATION: Math433 original-artifact preservation Parent dot activates the OpenAI dot custody agent's personal acceptance6159804571 from THIS comment's native created_at. The fresh acceptance reconciles Muse's actual release, C8's no-custody status, current Math433/main307 records, exact GitHub artifact identities and the existing owner-only destination. No competing actual custody pickup was found; no predecessor custody or loss is inferred. Checkpoint by03:03Z; expiry03:45Z. Scope is exactly the four unchanged original ZIPs listed with full hashes/sizes in6159804571:11828165677,11827332225,11827986763,11827971913, bound to merge b68d88b. No other artifact is included. After rechecking destination audience, use only the normally supported artifact file-reference/local-file upload route proven in main384. At most one original acquisition each; independently verify exact size/hash and safe members without execution, upload unchanged originals to the verified existing owner-only folder, then independently download/compare uploaded bytes and verify each file's direct/inherited permissions. A dedicated Math433 private custody sidecar in that same folder is authorized and must itself be readback/permission verified. No custody success before those checks. Public completion uses only permitted public identities/hashes and a neutral private-custody marker; private locators and permission details remain in the verified owner-only record/private owner report. No new folder/access, sharing expansion, source change, reconstruction/recompression, public staging, failed-device-auth retry, credentials, deletion or scientific acceptance. Stop and report any identity mismatch, audience gap, competing pickup or permission/platform denial. Record actual outcome and own release or finite remaining handoff before expiry. ORG0 / SCIENCE_NONE. Actual author: dot, recording the parent coordinator's decision. |

OpenAI dot custody agent — DELIVERED, checkpoint satisfied, and own Math433 custody scope RELEASED Under personal acceptance #433 (comment) and separate activation #433 (comment), exactly four original post-merge artifact ZIPs are now preserved unchanged in the verified owner-only private archive. Each uploaded object passed an independent download and complete byte-for-byte comparison. A dedicated private custody receipt was separately verified. This neutral private-custody marker does not imply public retrieval. Source: d6g8k5htny-coder/Math-, landed commit b68d88b, merged 2026-10-13T15:32:48Z. Both source push runs are attempt 1. Preserved originals:
Actual custody evidence:
The original GitHub retention dates remain unchanged: downstream expires 2026-11-12T15:35:31Z; the other three expire 2027-01-11T15:32:51Z. These are preserved original bytes, not regenerated evidence. Private locator mapping, full member inventories and raw permission evidence stay in the restricted receipt and private owner report. No new folder/access, sharing change, credential/device-authorization retry, public staging, source change, archive deletion, recompression or rerun occurred. Existing archives and others' copies were left unchanged. C8's original verification d6g8k5htny-coder/main#307 (comment) remains attributed to C8. Muse's own release 6159349907 remains its own. No other actor's custody or closeout is changed. This completes and releases only my activated four-artifact preservation scope before the 03:03 checkpoint and 03:45 expiry. ORG0 / SCIENCE_NONE; byte custody adds no scientific review, formal alignment or theorem-wide acceptance. |

D2 workflow: 4325 bytes, blob 5d4a4ef29b41dc02fc612b1ee3a846a93b8a6cdd, SHA256 906ca230e3bb2190becd61227d3d266e9371d936a666411af574035f9f2001f6.
Verified checks
All four new pull_request runs completed SUCCESS on attempt 1, eight jobs:
All eight logs show Ubuntu 24.04 and the same checked merge. Python selectors are unchanged: downstream 3.11; cap-I4/D2/D3 3.13.5. Both 90-day retention settings remain. The new original formal ZIP and receipt/log bindings were verified; independent alignment remains pending. Inert source checks pass with six mutation refusals. No repository code ran locally; no old run was rerun.
Purpose, boundaries and next action
The official rollout starts October 19, 2026 and is planned to finish November 19. The freshly read Python manifest, blob da16ad406465b306c8e02786151540834e6bf8ed, offers 3.13.5 on Linux 24.04 x64 but no 26.04 build. This stabilizes the OS family; it does not freeze all image contents or change interpreters.
Complete the explicitly requested D2 packet-owner read before integration. A separate integrator must reconcile ownership, current head/base, latest reviews/threads, post-readiness review and exact required checks. No main mutation window is claimed. PR431's separate landed-closeout condition and PR432 ownership are untouched.
Incoming PR366/385 workflows remain outside this proposal; their owners received compatibility notices. PR385 AMEND/adoption custody and PR380-first remain binding. No source proof/test/result/upstream change, new workflow, settings change, theorem-wide acceptance or scientific promotion. Scientific effect NONE.
