Read Section 3's normalized-form remark with the [normalized-form scope erratum](frontiers/c7_total_bounded_20260929/ERRATUM_NORMALIZED_FORM.md), and Section 4's final rate comparison with the [gap-cutoff rate clarification](frontiers/c7_total_bounded_20260929/RATE_READING.md). This dated guidance leaves the inventory's 26–29 September 2026 cut and its original proof/status labels unchanged.
