This carrier targets that frozen branch only to show its exact five-path diagnostic delta; merging it is prohibited.

Output profile.json says diagnostic_only=true, fresh_replay_run=false, proof_receipt=false. The ordinary full execute function remains defined but is not invoked by this carrier. Any diagnostic success is measurement only. Automatic general required checks remain separate from this single profile job.

Local15/15 bounded driver tests pass normal/optimized; two new inventory/parser tests failed before implementation. No local Lean execution is claimed. No second profile run, fresh-replay rerun, timeout increase, normal-for-fresh substitution, acceptance or merge is authorized.
