## Caveat

The AI model that first produced this proposal has **not** been identified.
Agent 6's own runtime attestation records the provider, family and model as
UNKNOWN. This attribution names the person accountable for the work. It does
**not** identify the model, and it must not be read as provider evidence.

In particular:
- **It establishes no independence.** It does not show that the proposer is
distinct from any reviewer's provider. The 40-target alignment record in
`reviews/moment_generality_alignment_claude_20261005/` stays **WITHHELD**,
as `alignment.candidate.json` and `ERRATUM.md` describe. This note changes no
disposition, target, verdict, gate, manifest or source.
- **The historical record is unchanged.** Agent 6's original files, the
attestation, and every earlier statement that the provider is UNKNOWN stand
as written.
- **Updating it.** If the model is identified from native runtime evidence, a
successor note should record it with that evidence. Any alignment record that
relies on it then needs fresh review under the gate in force at that time.
