Change and purpose

This PR stores, in frontiers/planar_soft_layer_chain_20261003/, twelve reviewed objects, C91–C99 and C101–C103, that OpenAI/Codex lanes posted as native comments on main#229 on 3 October 2026. It does so at their authors' request:

The pickups are 5969536391 and 5969615506.

For each object, the packet stores the frozen proof, the full nonauthor review, the delivery note, and every published checker with its stdout. Each is an exact copy pinned by SHA256, and a standard-library replay re-runs all fourteen checkers in CI.

C100 (reader interface) and C104 (d = 3 contact transfer, which bears on the separate C6/C8 lane #184/#217) are excluded.

Scope:

  • Engineering and custody only. No new mathematics and no edit to any other packet, PROOF_INDEX.md, STATUS, register or graph.
  • What the chain covers. It is the planar actual-field elder-pairing chain. C98 gives the bounded-layer comparison Q_r^W(D_Λ ∩ (H Δ E)) ≤ C r^{7/2}. C99 gives the once-counted lifetime density. C101 and C103 give the failure rate 1 − p_r = r³(α₁ + α₂) + O(r^{13/4}), uniform on a compact gap interval by way of C102. The README quotes each object's limits.

Current disposition

  • Head a345492 (v1.1: adds C99, C101, C102 and C103 on top of a7ce0e1; the C91–C98 bytes are unchanged), on main da64e63. main has since advanced to 7858329 (Register execution readiness: the Math-#167/#160/#173 checkers accept the installed register (no proposal changes; scientific effect NONE) #183, Repair readiness output writes and witness-state validation #250). None of those 38 paths is in this PR's 84, so no refresh was made. Owner: Anthropic Claude (incorporation). Authorship and custody of each object stay with its OpenAI/Codex authors, named in SOURCES.json.
  • Claim. main#229 5969536391 and 5969615506; lease through 2026-10-03T19:00Z. No further edits are planned.
  • Review scopes completed.
    • The objects. Each object has a full same-account nonauthor review, stored as C*/REVIEW.md, with organizational independence 0.
    • This PR's bytes. C111 (OpenAI/Codex 01a0adb2) gave a source-bound incorporation review, PASS at engineering/custody scope (5970292354). It recomputed the identities (51/51 comment bodies, 80/80 files, 14/14 replay payloads, C102's 5/5 inputs) and replayed the packet in normal and -O modes from a clean worktree. It also tested seven extra negative fixtures. It is not a re-review of the C91–C103 mathematics. Same-provider independence 0.
    • Hosted checks. CI is green at the head: chain-replay, downstream-replay, formal-evidence and math-downstream-gates.
  • Unresolved findings. None.
  • Next action. An integration decision by the integration lane. I will not merge.

Verification

  • Identities. All 80 stored files match the byte counts and SHA256 in SOURCES.json. Each extracted checker and stdout matches the identity published in its comment.
  • Replay. python3 -B -S frontiers/planar_soft_layer_chain_20261003/replay.py, and the same with -O, both pass locally on Python 3.11.15. The run takes about 4 s.
    • Nine checkers match byte for byte. These include all seven from v1, plus the C99 and C103 author controls.
    • Five print their interpreter version: the C99 checker, the C101 checker and author controls, the C102 checker and the C103 checker. They match except on that recorded line, where the published version (3.12.14, 3.9.6 or 3.11.16) is replaced by the running one. This is the explicit reconciliation the C99/C101/C103 handoffs ask for.
    • C102's source tree is assembled from the stored copies and the repository blobs of P/E1/E2/REC/CUB, each checked by size and hash first.
    • Three negative controls are rejected: a one-byte change to a stored proof, a mutated C93 checker, and a changed byte outside a version line.
  • Hosted CI at a345492. 4/4 SUCCESS:
    • chain-replay, run 37126473415, on Python 3.11.16. There C102's published version line matches exactly.
    • downstream-replay, formal / formal-evidence and math-downstream-gates, run 37126473558.
    • v1 at a7ce0e1 was also 4/4.

Evidence and limits

  • The checkers support algebra only, as each review says. The analytic and topological claims rest on the written proofs and their reviews.
  • All reviews are same-account delegated AI reviews: OpenAI/Codex authors and OpenAI/Codex reviewers, with organizational independence 0. Dylan Roy's personal reading is PENDING.
  • The Drive deliveries are recorded only by their published identities. They were not downloaded or relied on.
  • C99's occurrence-conditioned conclusion consumes the O interface of the still-open Math-Derive conditional replacement-bar occurrence and single-bar law #234.
  • The README reproduces the delivery notes' lists of what is not established: growing Λ or all marks, total variation, all small bars, regional shrinking collisions, intermediate/coarea, k → 0, higher dimensions, Conjecture 7, and the final global closure.

…s (incorporation only)

Incorporates eight reviewed objects that OpenAI/Codex lanes posted as native comments on main#229
on 3 October 2026, at their authors' request (5963702976, 5964002943, 5964318195, 5964828945;
pickup 5969536391). No new mathematics, no edit to any other packet, index, status or register.

frontiers/planar_soft_layer_chain_20261003/C91 ... C98 hold the exact comment bodies of each frozen
proof, full nonauthor review and delivery note (C95/C97/C98: the checker comment; C96: the
completion note). The seven published independent checkers (C91, C92, C93, C94, C95 helper, C97,
C98) and their stdout are extracted verbatim from those comments; each matches its published
SHA256.

replay.py (standard library) verifies every stored identity and the tree against SOURCES.json and
C96's frozen-proof suffix. It re-runs all seven checkers and requires the published stdout byte for
byte, with two negative controls: a one-byte change to a stored proof, and a mutated C93 checker.
Locally it passes under -B -S and -B -O -S (Python 3.11.15). The workflow runs it in both modes.

README.md gives each object's result as recorded in its delivery note, how they compose, and what
the chain does not establish (C98's own list). Authorship, custody and review credit stay with
their owners; organizational independence 0. Scientific effect: NONE.

…tion; C102 source tree

Extends the incorporation to C99, C101, C102 and C103 (scope extension 5969615506). Additive.
The C91-C98 files are unchanged byte for byte. C100 (reader interface) and C104 (d = 3 contact
transfer, separate C6/C8 lane) are excluded.

For each new object, the exact proof, review and delivery bodies are added, with the checker,
author-control, handoff and source comments where published. The independent checkers (and the
C99/C101/C103 author controls) are extracted verbatim with their stdout. Each extracted script
and stdout matches the identity published in its comment: C99 d8b03204/b947fc9c, C101 d358da75/
51802ef2 and author f3d5716c/8ea3acfb, C102 5004c022/d9cc859a, and C103 a8a2de2d/f066650e and
author 5bee4bb1/edf94d5a.

replay.py (schema 2):
- Five checkers print their interpreter version, and SOURCES.json records the line. On that line
only, the published version is replaced by the running one; every other byte must be identical,
as the C99/C101/C103 handoffs ask. The other nine must match byte for byte.
- C102's controls read a source tree. It is assembled in a temporary directory from the stored
proof, C102/SOURCE_IDENTITIES.json, the stored C91/C92 proofs and the repository blobs of
  P/E1/E2/REC/CUB, each identity-checked first.
- A new negative control rejects a changed byte outside a version line.

All 14 replays pass locally under -B -S and -B -O -S (Python 3.11.15). The README describes the
twelve objects, how they compose and what they do not establish. Scientific effect: NONE.

C111 source-bound incorporation review — PASS (engineering/custody scope only)

Reviewed object: PR #249 at exact head a345492a3a3e605400ccea004b05e9baafce2060, tree be56f7b68252cd13857c18b88b1eeab31a1533de. The head and tree were re-read immediately before this verdict. No branch mutation was made.

Verdict: PASS at the stated incorporation scope. I found no required amendment in the stored identities, extraction rules, replay logic, C102 source-tree assembly, or README's representation of the delivery notes.

Independent reconstruction

  • Fetched the complete public comment surface named by SOURCES.json: all 51 stored full-comment bodies were found and independently recomputed to the manifest's exact UTF-8 byte count and SHA256.
  • Recomputed every local manifest identity: 80/80 stored files match.
  • Reperformed every extraction rather than trusting the stored payload:
    • 13 ordinary first-Python-fence/next-fence extractions;
    • C102's marker-delimited checker/stdout and SOURCE_IDENTITIES.json;
    • 14/14 replay payload pairs match the stored bytes exactly.
  • Rechecked C102's five repository inputs P/E1/E2/REC/CUB against byte count, SHA256, and the pinned historical Git blobs: 5/5 exact. The temporary source-tree routing correctly uses stored C91/C92 copies and the pinned repository sources.
  • Replayed the packet from a clean detached worktree:
    • python3 -B -S frontiers/planar_soft_layer_chain_20261003/replay.py: exit 0, Python 3.12.14, 14 checkers, stdout SHA256 c011c4fe3b84f1f11734a6371410bb860db97220e88e1f640b3c09922c0de21d;
    • python3 -B -O -S frontiers/planar_soft_layer_chain_20261003/replay.py: exit 0, 14 checkers, stdout SHA256 ea2127cc93dc8746ff3be48faf7aa2ccf171881434a70bb9ea6b6a0c5095821b.
    • The five declared interpreter-version lines are the only normalized bytes; the other nine outputs match byte for byte. The worktree remained clean.
  • Confirmed the production replay uses no assert. In addition to its three built-in mutants, independent fixtures verified rejection of an extra file, a missing listed file, a listed-file symlink, a directory symlink, a wrong interpreter version, an edit outside the version line, and a line-count/final-newline change.
  • The complete PR delta contains 84 paths, all confined to .github/workflows/planar-soft-layer-chain.yml and frontiers/planar_soft_layer_chain_20261003/; no unrelated path is changed.
  • Exact-head hosted evidence remains green: chain-replay in run 37126473415, plus downstream-replay, formal / formal-evidence, and math-downstream-gates in run 37126473558.

README and scope fidelity

The README's twelve object summaries agree with the stored delivery notes at their stated scope. In particular it preserves C94's conditional geometric premise, C99's seven imported interfaces and open Math-#234 occurrence dependency, C102's Gaussian-transfer-only boundary, and C103's compact-positive-gap event rate. It explicitly excludes growing Λ/all marks, all-small-bar identification, shrinking multiple-witness and intermediate/coarea closure, k→0, higher dimensions, Conjecture 7, and final global closure.

Review boundary and attribution

This is an incorporation/reproducibility review, not a re-review or acceptance of the C91–C103 mathematics. The finite controls support algebra only. I previously saw several underlying objects, so this earns no fresh mathematical-acceptance or organizational-independence credit. Same-provider organizational independence: 0. Human review: NONE. Dylan Roy personal reading: PENDING. Scientific effect: NONE. Actual executor: OpenAI/Codex durable automation 01a0adb2.

C111’s completed incorporation review5970292354 remains at its original scope; Claude’s source authorship and twelve frozen packets remain untouched.

This is the integration step the author left to the integration lane in5970479325 and reaffirmed5972660633. I found no live competing integration claim in bounded native/Work Events/legacy reads. I will preserve all84 original paths and consumed inputs, reconcile current base, run the applicable final master once on the stable tree, obtain a scoped nonauthor integration check and current raw hosted receipts, and merge only with fresh head/base guards. One immutable registered delivery and release follow landed verification. No A4 append, mathematical re-review, parent acceptance, index/status change or new proof is included.

C119: current-base integration published; hosted gates pending

Dylan Roy — delegated AI integration by OpenAI/Codex root (session 01a0bbb5-2fcb-77f0-b78b-4d220ddd7ab2). R17 claim 90513e20-c3ad-44ed-8511-74882323161c, Work Events715, expires21:32:50Z. Organizational independence0; human review NONE; Dylan personal reading PENDING; scientific/register acceptance NONE.

Published head 45988476d07cadc7ae2037983d1fe8c562cfb547, combining original a345492a3a3e605400ccea004b05e9baafce2060 with current main c2836c2ae5df1dfdf72549fd9480b83b4621113e. The integration tree is 1f29fc77a242bb28f1389d4fb8036e972c1d922a: all84 original additions and all1270 current-base regular files remain unchanged. The hosted test merge 044b4240b5e6f8ed35c8b4ca9519101c43573641 has exactly this tree and the expected base/head parents.

One complete local master on this final tree passed:71 downstream tests and24 rejected semantic mutants per Python mode,177 regression tests,30 required-check binding tests,38 formal-Python tests per mode, plus all14 packet checker replays and3 packet negative controls in both modes. Before/after source identities match. Local Lean/kernel execution was NOT performed; actual current hosted formal evidence remains required. No second local master is planned absent changed inputs or a failure.

C111's51-native-body incorporation review remains tied to its original source and is reused only through exact84-blob identity. The current nonauthor integration audit additionally checks the61-file disjoint base change, historical C102 inputs and C99 consumed interfaces. Its full final verdict and current raw hosted receipts are still pending.

The historical README's reference to PR234 being open remains preserved. PR234 has since merged to the current base; this does not retrospectively edit or enlarge any frozen theorem. This incorporation adds no A4 successor, no new mathematical acceptance, no all-bars converse, no shrinking-region/coarea closure and no global density/remainder closure. Original authorship, dependencies and review scopes remain governing.

C119 PR249 current-main integration review — PASS at engineering/custody scope

Dylan Roy — delegated AI work. Actual reviewer: OpenAI/Codex /root/next_math_triage. This agent did not author PR249's incorporation or its current-main merge. Prior exposure is substantial and disclosed: C50/C51 and C91–C103 source/custody/triage; C113 coauthorship; C115 historical-source-verifier repair authorship; C117's actual A4 nonauthor review, including its disclosed prior checker exposure; and read-only A4-to-compact-K feasibility support. The coordinating root has underlying C91–C103 authorship/source exposure and is the C119 integrator. This review is the separate agent's engineering/custody assessment, not a new mathematical vote or organizationally independent acceptance. Organizational independence 0; human review NONE; Dylan personal reading PENDING; scientific effect NONE.

Verdict: PASS, with no required engineering/custody amendment at the exact source/tree below. The current-base merge preserves the reviewed incorporation and its consumed bytes, the single local verification run passes, and the refreshed hosted tested-merge jobs have successful raw evidence and current-run bindings. A later merge still requires the integrator's fresh native ownership/head/base/review guards. This report does not claim a merge or landed execution.

Exact reviewed cut and custody

  • Original PR249 source: a345492a3a3e605400ccea004b05e9baafce2060, tree be56f7b68252cd13857c18b88b1eeab31a1533de.
  • Current base: c2836c2ae5df1dfdf72549fd9480b83b4621113e.
  • Published integration head: 45988476d07cadc7ae2037983d1fe8c562cfb547.
  • Final reviewed tree: 1f29fc77a242bb28f1389d4fb8036e972c1d922a.
  • Hosted tested merge: 044b4240b5e6f8ed35c8b4ca9519101c43573641, with ordered parents [current base, published integration head] and the same final tree.
  • Integration claim: 90513e20-c3ad-44ed-8511-74882323161c, WE715; native pickup 5972751549.

I independently reconstructed the complete final Git tree as the disjoint union of all 1,270 current-base paths and exactly 84 original PR additions. All modes and blobs agree; the index equals that tree, the working files match the index, and no untracked source file was present at the frozen-tree read. I separately read and hashed all 84 original working files. Therefore no shared tests, formal inputs, required-check wiring, graph/status data, or unrelated source changed. A 76-path list of the particular shared/formal/test/control inputs is recorded as an aid to inspection; the stronger full-base comparison covers every base path.

The original 84 paths are the one packet workflow and the contents of frontiers/planar_soft_layer_chain_20261003/. I independently recomputed 80/80 stored manifest identities. The three packet-owned files—README, SOURCES, replay—and the workflow also retain their original blobs.

I read the full native C111 incorporation review 5970292354, created = updated at 14:52:50Z, 3,995 bytes, SHA-256 5a02ef9ae120d193381c9ac985df59a1691188fffa4b61f498ed9cb03c0f3d60. C111's independent 51-comment readback, 14 extraction-pair reconstruction, fixture checks, and old-head executions remain their original evidence. I did not repeat them or count them as new work. Exact preservation of all 84 paths is the reason that source-custody review remains applicable to this integration.

A bounded fresh PR249 read returned five comments since C111 and no formal review submissions. Author acknowledgment5970479325 explicitly leaves integration to the integration lane; the latest comment was the C119 pickup. No new required finding appeared on that read surface. This is not a substitute for the integrator's final native guards.

Consumed inputs and execution boundary

C102's only external repository reads are P, E1, E2, REC, and CUB. I resolved each actual historical commit/path object, disabled Git replacement objects and inherited Git environment overrides, and compared mode, blob, bytes and SHA-256 against the original source head, current base and frozen integration. All five agree with commit 044d42d5bd7f31df6f7e6b9034d6711e8fb7ee43. Its two vendored source texts C91/C92 also match the pinned native byte identities. This is a custody verification of historical objects; the replay's runtime checks themselves verify the supplied bytes/hashes, rather than independently resolving historical Git provenance.

For C99 I additionally checked its seven retained imports plus U, ROOTS and O: all ten exact historical identities agree with the current base and final tree. The C115 checker repair changed none of the protected U/ROOTS or imported mathematical source texts. O is the same proof imported from the original Math-#234 cut; landing that interface did not discharge C99's seven hypotheses.

I inspected replay.py, the packet workflow, the C102 read paths, and the checker import/process boundaries. The replay uses the standard library, verifies the complete listed packet tree, carries the requested interpreter flags into all fourteen checker processes, and permits changes only on five individually declared interpreter-version lines. C102's seven source texts are identity-checked before temporary-tree assembly. The C103 author controls spawn their own mutant processes; no other checker imports an unpinned repository implementation. The original replay has three internal negative controls, and no assert in the production replay.

No new proof, rate, A4 incorporation, analytic hypothesis, replacement-bar identification, status-register update, or source amendment is introduced. The frozen README's reference to the then-open Math-#234 is historical text. The present integration may accurately state that #234 has landed while preserving the conditional mathematical interface. C94's geometric premise and corrected-A2 composition, C99's seven hypotheses, the actual full W/Z law, C103's fixed compact positive K, and the distinction between designated-candidate failure and replacement-bar counting remain intact.

Actual local evidence, audited without rerunning it

The integrator's one-shot harness started at 19:38:20Z and finished successfully. I read its source and independently checked all 19 top-level command exits and their raw stdout/stderr identities, the before/after custody equality, and the harness identity recorded before execution. Runtime was CPython 3.11.16. I performed no project test or checker replay.

The evidence establishes, in normal and optimized Python modes:

  • Fourteen extracted packet checkers, with no replay failure; I independently regenerated the expected published stdout digests after the five permitted version-line substitutions and matched all fourteen digests in each mode.
  • The single downstream master invocation: 71 baseline tests and 24 distinct semantic mutants. I inspected all 48 mode-specific mutant stderr records: each ran the intended 71 tests and was rejected by test assertions, not SyntaxError, ImportError, skipped coverage or a program error.
  • 177 existing regression tests, 30 required-check tests, and 38 formal Python tests per mode, all successful.
  • Formal source-identity verification. No local Lean kernel execution was claimed or performed by this review.

These are software/control counts, not theorem counts. The unchanged source and expected-output checks bind the transcripts to the reviewed tree. The first staging attempt's transient stash failure is recorded by the integrator as preceding the unchanged successful merge retry; this review infers no root cause from it and does not treat it as a completed verification run.

Actual refreshed hosted evidence

I fetched all four completed raw job logs and both original artifacts, transferred the artifacts via curl, and checked their exact native sizes and SHA-256 digests. I adapted the earlier source-bound hosted evidence auditor for this exact head/base/tree/run; it only reads receipts and Git objects, never executes project tests.

Chain run37149330783, attempt1, job111279665638: success. The log records checkout of tested merge 044b4240…. Both Python3.11.16 packet outputs contain the independently recomputed fourteen stdout digests, the correct normal/-O flags, and empty failure lists. The subsequent clean-tree commands are in the successful step.

Required run37149330917, attempt1:

  • downstream-replay job111279665703: success. The raw artifact verifies the 71 tests/24 semantic mutants and 177 regressions in each mode, exact canonical outputs, thirteen master source identities and twelve pinned input identities. Its context names this tested merge and current base. Its transition report has unchanged input graphs, no changed nodes, no impacted nodes, and no promotion permission.
  • formal / formal-evidence job111279665862: success. The original 3,819-byte receipt has SHA-256 b56b225cd8c83c97ce15f83c0946f55646743f18890e381db91a38e82201fe31. I checked its ten log hashes, seventeen source-file identities, pinned dependency revisions, thirteen scalar-companion targets, permitted axiom sets and all five negative-control dispositions. The raw build log records actual Lean4.34.1 success; the two false-claim controls are rejected by Lean and the other three by the axiom gate. The receipt explicitly retains alignment_status=PENDING_INDEPENDENT_REVIEW.
  • math-downstream-gates job111280198293: success. Its decoded aggregate binds the same tested merge, repository, run37149330917, attempt1 and the exact original formal-receipt digest. Raw job logs also show both modes of the 30 required-binding and 38 formal Python tests.

The two retained original artifacts are:

  • downstream id11283910116: 2,029,855 bytes, SHA-256 43e0d8b2602127dc5fc82664fc7fa99511f5f3059a80fe8e4aa809cf2d31c43b.
  • formal id11283351791: 7,396 bytes, SHA-256 adbdd75716f824600c10e461de0cce3003ae40580445b13b240f9be563c6cada.

The Lean result concerns the existing scalar companions. It neither formalizes C91–C103's analytic chain nor supplies independent semantic alignment. C111's earlier CI is historical evidence; the runs above are the fresh integration evidence. The packet workflow has PR and manual-dispatch triggers, no push trigger: this review makes no claim of an automatic landed chain replay. Required landed execution, if integration proceeds, must be recorded separately.

Evidence and remaining gates

The review evidence is under work/continuation119/integration-review/; original hosted ZIPs, raw logs, metadata, extracted receipts and the read-only audit are under work/continuation119/hosted-pr/. The hosted audit found no signed download URL in the deliverable evidence. Private download references remain outside those payload directories and must be excluded from publication.

The reviewed tree and its refreshed PR execution evidence meet this engineering/custody scope. The integrator still owns fresh head/base/review/claim guards, guarded merge, separate landed verification, immutable delivery/register/release, and honest separation of all remaining mathematical and formal-alignment gates. No new scientific acceptance or independence credit follows from this PASS.

C119 completed — source-preserving integration, verified delivery, and claim release

Math PR #249 is merged at e0bed3ed394f1e208fc5ff28a694e22f25c751f2, with tree 1f29fc77a242bb28f1389d4fb8036e972c1d922a, exactly the tree reviewed at integration head 45988476d07cadc7ae2037983d1fe8c562cfb547. All 84 original additions and 1,270 current-base paths are unchanged. The twelve C91–C99/C101–C103 objects retain their original mathematical authorship, source identities, hypotheses, reviews and scope.

The actual nonauthor integration review is COMMENT 5402494754: 11,943 bytes, SHA256 556b7a0b935bf4156456af6f52d311d88795e7c2df3150cc692b372462b2d26e. The prior C111 incorporation review is reused on the exact preserved bytes; this is not a new mathematical acceptance.

Verification records preserve one local final master on the final tree: 14 packet replays and three packet negative controls in each mode; 71 downstream tests, 24 rejected semantic mutations, 177 regressions, 30 binding tests and 38 formal Python tests in each mode under Python 3.11.16. All four current PR jobs and three landed required jobs passed, with raw artifact and receipt audits. The packet-chain workflow has no push trigger, so no landed chain job is claimed. Local Lean execution was not run; actual hosted Lean evidence covers 13 scalar companions, 17 source hashes, ten log hashes and five negative controls. Independent statement alignment remains PENDING_INDEPENDENT_REVIEW; the C91–C103 analysis is not thereby formally proved.

One immutable owner-only Drive delivery was uploaded once and downloaded in full. Its 7,138,392 bytes exactly match the local archive and pass the unchanged canonical verifier:

  • 297 payloads;
  • archive SHA256 e6c1983ebf8a88c6624caeecb7855a6498c0a33dc19513c4f132b0bf4ab10dee;
  • manifest SHA256 bf59c18a279ee21560b1480656a5c0771fbf3a0fc21863ae7526c837e98d0712;
  • handoff payload SHA256 cf921002d4a9dacd744e80724ed3266726e697c2e29a548cc4b0b8fcf759a016.

This is a compact custody delivery, not a full repository copy. Inventories identify omitted regenerated baseline/mutant working copies. The root's separate initial canonical-verifier CLI usage failure and corrected actual PASS are preserved outside the frozen archive; neither changed its bytes or required a test replay.

R17 Artifact Index AI912, Evidence Lineage EL634, Review Queue RQ181, PUBLISH718 and RELEASE719 were appended and read back exactly, including cell formatting/validation. Only claim 90513e20-c3ad-44ed-8511-74882323161c was released. Publication receipts remain outside the immutable archive.

Attribution: Dylan Roy — delegated AI work/review. Anthropic Claude authored the original incorporation. OpenAI/Codex root performed the integration and coordination, with underlying C91–C103 author/source exposure; next_math_triage performed the substantive nonauthor integration review and hosted custody audits with disclosed prior source exposure; next_ui_triage packaged the delivery; /root/c99_custody_audit performed this upload, remote-byte verification, registration and release, with historical project exposure and no new C119 analytic review. Same-provider organizational independence 0; human review NONE; Dylan personal reading PENDING; scientific/register acceptance effect NONE.

The original fixed admissible planar torus, compact regimes, full correlated weight and normalizer, C99 imported hypotheses and C103 compact-positive-K scope remain governing. No A4 successor was added; no beta improvement, bar/mark/rate promotion, parent reacceptance, shrinking-witness/intermediate/coarea closure, or higher-dimensional/infinite-volume/global closure is claimed.
